Tough game. I made some lumpy-ass snowballs!

I'm liking the procedural effects on the snowball, between the addition when rolling and the subtraction when hitting a mine. Nicely done.

I love snow! Challenging!

I had a great time playing it. Got through it a few times. There is definitely some fun aspects to this! Maybe port it to phone and use the tilt function? :D

This is honestly a really really good entry. As it stands, it's a bit hard to control, you get stuck a lot, etc. That being said, it's such a great core mechanic and I'd love to see an actual full game like this. Rolling gets harder as you go, and of course that fits the theme well, but it does cause some frustration. If you were to make a full version of this, definitely try to make getting stuck a less frequent occurance. Good job, it's the best entry I've played so far ;)

That was great! I love the way the snow procedurally adds onto the snowball that was a very creative take. At first I thought I should be avoiding the lava but then I realized it was part of management of the game to try and shed some snow. Very challenging.

Wow, I really like the snowball mechanic. It looks and feels really good. While playing the actual game though, it seems like avoiding the snow is best if you want to go faster right? But rolling in the snow feels sooo goood  haha Good work with the game

Does the theme justice, although "the more" in this case is "any amount of snow whatsoever". Still, the real hazard here was the minefield, and the ever villainous "corners". Great job! (Also jumping was really hard to do right, but I'm not sure if that was my keyboard being silly.)

This was really fun. Quite difficult, but the snow rolling wad really satisfying.

I was rather impressed with the procedural snowball, and it pretty well matches with my experience of building real snow balls - lumpy and lopsided. That mechanic was satisfying all around down to the sounds used.

I like the tilt idea mentioned above. Expanding on that hypothetical: would be cool to use to use the accelerometer to get yourself unstuck or around tricky obstacles. Shake the phone to get yourself over a mine or tree stump that's in your way.

Who knew rolling a snowball through lava could be so useful? Fun game, I liked the dynamic snowball growth/destruction.

foolmoron 2017-12-06 06:11

Graphics and physics works out pretty nice, but I found it was easiest to just avoid the snow altogether instead of trying to make it work

svr-audio 2017-12-06 14:46

Great work, I loved the 3d graphicsm, the mechancis is good with a very well done physics, great job !

drzanuff 2017-12-06 21:44

The level design is very fun! I liked the how you used the theme. Great use o physics. My suggestion, make the snowball a bit faster. Very good man!

dafunk 2017-12-07 05:31

Really liked how the snow gathers to the snowball, Wouldn't mind if it was a little faster at the start to keep the flow going for replays. Great job all around!

I really enjoyed this game however the physics were a little janky (like in ways this game does probably does not intend). I moved quicker in the air than on ground so the ground applied way too much friction and it felt like I was pulling left or right more than I should have. Also there is no penalty for melting yourself completely to have more control other than time.

I would love to try an improved version of this game sometime great work!

radmccool 2017-12-07 09:21

cool idea, i gave plenty of tries but eventually gave up :P i had fun just making different balls. if you can try and make a wheel you can go really fast

goudcode 2017-12-07 21:58

Awesome mechanics, the shape is determined by the way it rolls through the snow. Although it was kinda hard to control the snowball it was quite fun to get through the level.

Played it with my 7-year old daughter. I think it's one of her favorite games so far.

I liked the concept of creating a misshapen ball that became harder to control as it grows.

I think the controls might have needed a tiny but more tuning, as sometimes I felt there was almost no chance to take a turn once the ball was in motion and to prevent it from dropping off the edge.

Apart from that it was a pretty fun entry.
