Neat visual style, and a very unique main mechanic! I like the idea - but unfortunately every time I played I ran into the side of a track because I jumped too late and was stuck forever, so I had to restart the game. Really a shame, as I would have liked to see the later parts of the game but couldn't. Still, nice work
I love the art style! I'm a big fan of CRT effects :) Mine cart maps were among my favorite from Donkey Kong, so I was excited to give this game a try. It's fun to play, although sometimes the mine cart gets stuck in the tracks ahead of me when I try to jump on to them. Some way to restart the game without using the mouse would also be good, I think.

Hi, I love the graphics they are absolutely awesome, and the music is pretty cool too. The gameplay is really exhausting for the finger but on a short game it's cool ! But the problem is you get stuck very easily and loose all your progression + need to restart the game, it's really unfair and need to be fixed (you can do this sort of thing even if the jam is over, cause it's really a need here). Pro tip: As you are on Unity, I think just add a PhysicMaterial2D on your player and even on the walls if needed will fix this problem, just put the friction coefficient to 0, and maybe add some bounciness on the player for fun and be really sure it will not be stuck. I hope you will fix this, cause I think it have good things to offer and it will be a solid entry that deserves more ratings when fixed, good luck ! (screenshot of the stuck problem:) stuck.png
I love the style! Amazing art and the filter detail is amazing. Fast and energic, the kind of dynamic game it is cool to play. I did bugged the game jumping over a track, but that is a minor report. Nice work, good luck!

Hi guys! I really appreciate yours feedbacks. We're still trying to solve this bug of rails cause player already has a PhysicMat, the car get stuck by rails collider tho. We'll try to make some otimizations e tweaks on this later today. Thank you all

congratulations, this game is really neat, love the art and this game is a really good fast paced game. good job!
Hey your game is really nice, i loved it! Your art is pretty neat, pixel art is amazing!
My experience on the game, the camera effect is nice, some people like it, i think is was a pain in my eyes, first was not too easy to read the intro, second after the cart became to fast, i couldn't see the enemys anymore, ok i saw they but was pretty hard. I dont know if you putting some outline on them will ruin the pixel art, but maybe you should consider it. The overall is that you have a good and beautiful game that has a good potential, i also like the procedural and the game mechanics. Good Job!
A beautiful game reminiscent of the 16 bit era, in both graphics and gameplay. Well done. This game is very difficult, I died many times, and finally set the goal to get at least one generator part. At first I though you had to jump the electric gates, then I figured out you could power them down, that made it a bit easier. ^_^
:star: The graphics were excellent, the colors were appropriate, the pixel art well done, the menu screen looked very nice, and the post processing shaders looked very nice. I also liked the music quite a bit, especially the title screen song. Well done! :bug: A couple "bugs" I noticed: I also ran into (-_^) the physics bug other people mentioned where you can get stuck on edges until your power bar decharges and you fall away (most of the time). Also the power bar seems to decharge passed 0 and causes you to roll backwards, maybe not a bad thing, but I got the feeling that wasn't explicitly intended. :point_right: The noise postprocessing shader was a nice CRT throwback, but I feel like the screen wobble may have been a bit too much as it made the text very hard to read. I think screen wobble is a lot like screen shake, it can make something feel a lot more powerful (breaking out of the game almost), but if it's overused it loses it's power, and even worse could cause a negative effect instead.
Overall great job, this was fun to play. Thank you for making it!
PS. What does "auto run" mean? If I mashed A and S enough it popped up, but I couldn't figure out what it did.

The art in this game is phenomenal as everyone has already pointed out. The CRT effects fit great and the sound backs it all up nicely. Although the gameplay might not be complex it was fun and challenging, and the amount of polish on everything in the game was extremely impressive. If I had to say something negative it'd be that the jump was a bit weird and I didnt really know what to do at the lightning gate thingys. Other than that it was amazing. Hard to believe that you did that in just 3 days! Damn good job :)

Awesome game, I really liked the graphics and big thumbs up for the animations. The concept is simple but still challenging, you did a great job with the level design. Kuddos

Lovely graphics! I included it in my Ludum Dare 39 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gzd4DGHkRKc
"When the bar is completely full you'll can concerning just with jump things with the D key." *The best tutorial tip ever!*
Quality audio visuals, the rest is lacking in places.
I managed to break the jumping once, it just changed the direction of the cart. A restart fixed it.
Talking about restarting. There should be a quick restart button (R!) for quick restarts. Yes, it is important as death is everywhere and everytime all at once.
Seriously, it is so easy to die. Falling into a bottomless pit and hitting an electric fence are the worst. They both take away all your lives too! What is the point of lives again?
Ok work. More polish and bug fixing on the programing side would be great though.

The only thing I think I can compliment here is the music. The visuals would have been nice but the static shader was incredibly distracting especially when applied over the text making it difficult to read. My cart rolled backwards initially and accidentally pressing d caused me to jump and get stuck having to restart the game. The characters look pretty feminine...yet the game is called Mining "Brothers"? I don't know dude, this entry was just not a favorite for me.

A quite simple/classic gameplay, but very well executed! And boy, those graphics are GOOD Getting hold of the controls - jumping, activating electric fences, etc - is a bit tough, and a quick retry (that skip the lenghty tutorial text) would be super helpful. Great work for a jam, though!
Cool little game. Nice polished mechanic with decent graphics and I quite liked the CRT effect a lot (though I'm not sure what purpose it served). Was stuck for ages because I was using A/D, probably should've read the tutorial.
