Simple, but do the job. And it's not so easy to win.

Cool concept. I could see the dynamic between having to use light to see your enemies but having limited power result in fun levels. This could use a bit more work though, the lack of animation on the player character makes it hard to see if you're moving in some parts of the level. Its also possible to stick to walls and jump more than once.
Fun idea! Maybe project the light further, so it casts in the direction of the cursor and beyond instead of stopping at the cursor :)
Very good idea, you should keep working on it add some graphics and animations, add some more levels. Than would be such a fine game.
nice idea! and pretty well executed. Interesting quirk: enemies will be lit up along your light beam even if your light is cut short by your mouse. good idea and good job :)
This is a pretty neat concept for a game. I always like it when a game plays the amount of information available to the player. I like the whole risk versus reward mechanic you have going on with the flashlight. The player only needs to use it long enough to asses the situation, but overuse has a price. I will say, however, that the game is far too punishing. Returning the player back to the start of the game after taking only one hit means that most players won't make it very far at all. I would have liked it more if you could take a few hits and if there were checkpoints. That issue aside, this is a fairly competent game with a pretty interesting main mechanic. Nice work!
Quite interesting for a platformer. I only wish the movement was less floaty, especially in mid-air. Everything seems well executed but definitely could use more work (music to give some atmosphere would be great).
Neat! I would expect the flashlight to have a fixed range. Because right now, you can just click at the far right of the screen and see all monsters, and *still* use the same energy as if you clicked near the player.
I loved that I had to play in the dark, the risk/reward of the flashlight reminded me of 5 nights at Freddy's actually. good job!
Interesting idea ; hard, but fun! I found the enemies were moving a little bit too fast, which means they have time to move a lot when you switch off your light and jump over them. Except if you get really, really close to them.
Extremely cool concept with the flash light which fits the theme just perfectly. I felt given more time this could be a really neat little phone or online game. It might of been a little on the easy side because I started predicting the enemies or learning where they were but overall really good use of theme.
To answer ye question on my jam page, I guess I've been making games since 2002-2003 so I've been improving since then. :)
Nice gameplay. It is difficult to play with the laptop touchpad (that is my fault hahaha). I missed music and sound effects.
Anyway, good job!
I like the idea. It was a pretty simple an easy to play game. I didn't have any problems with the controls. It was good that you added a different type of enemy. Didn't have any problem finishing it.
I would make the flash light area extend to a cone. Also some effects and music would be a nice touch. (You could make the monsters sounds get louder as you approach them.) This is a good start!
Really nice idea, but needs polishing. Definitelly lacks sound and music. Animations would also be great.
