This was fun, you should keep developing it.

A Game of Dice - I got oddly invested in my House's success and had a grudge reaction against those houses that sabotaged me. Definitely a good basis for further development here though not sure on a direction to suggest (the mechanic is pretty tight as it is, but I felt I wanted to do more)

Fun little game. I love board games and the mechanics are pretty cool. I had to keep the instructions open at all times though because I kept forgetting what the individual units did. You might want to consider adding a short version of the description in the game.

The graphics are simple, but they work. Audio is... well, it's dice rolling. So not much to say there.

The gameplay is not bad, but I feel like it has too much of a 'solve this equation' problem. There is often a 'best' solution, so there's not really much to decide. I think the effects need a bit of work to make the game less 'mathy'.

Overall it's a cool game though. Good work.

This is a really fun game. As others have said, it could use a little polish, but I found the main mechanic of rolling dice and assigning values to them very satisfying. I'm going to go directly against another comment (sorry Zelos, nothing personal) and say that I thoroughly enjoy the 'solve the equation' aspect and thought you executed it very well. My only real gameplay concern is that Military becomes basically worthless once you reduce Saboteurs' cost to 1. Maybe adding another scoring axis, and having Military also effect that new axis, would make the resource worthwhile past mid game.

If this game gets better graphics and audio, and the gameplay is developed a bit, I could see it doing very well

I was glad to see a different take on the theme - this was not what I expected, which was a good thing. I agree with @zelos's comment that it felt a bit like solving an equation, but there is definitely strategy involved in trying to do well.

Thanks everybody for the comments so far. I would like to add that the bots follow a specific strategy, relatively balanced between attacking (saboteurs) and defending (food and approval). If you can play with other players, you can explore new strategies and form temporary alliances which brings new dimensions to the game, but I know that is hard to have a couple of people availiable when rating LD games. The game also needs a lot more playtesting and balancing.

I usually don't enjoy games like these, but this is an exception. The game was well balanced(at least when i played) seeing that all the houses stayed around the same power level. While I was confused as to whether or not placing dice into some of the categories such as food and military were actually making a difference, i still had a lot of fun playing the game.

It's funny that you can play against yourself 😀 Is it possible to end a game versus computer controlled players, as sabotaging does not remove a lot of power and it is quite easy to get a lot more power by funding the other resources.

I enjoyed that! Had to play it three times before I won though! My winning strategy was to never have the most power, and otherwise keep investing in military and food and saboteuring.

Seems there's a bug if you set Player 1 to a computer, that when the game starts, you get to play his first turn! Worked fine after that. In my first game, player 4 had a big advantage (since everyone was at the same high power, and everyone would saboteur the lead, whoever went last just won).

I love the choice of font =). Moving dice around got a little annoying. Though I liked the feel of a board game, when my strategy was always "put 10 or 20 into food", it was a lot of boring dragging around, so some UI could be improved there - drag a couple dice, and then just clicking on a box assigns all remaining dice or something.

Wow! I really like this game.

Here are some of the small issues I found:

1. Dice don't snap to grid in either the Resources box or when you move them back to the Results box 2. Computer player's dice are overlapping when placed 3. You shouldn't be able to select yourself in the red box

Other then those items, the game was delightful to play. Oh and I liked that you used power is a different way than most people, including me, interpreted the theme. Well done!

I definitely liked the direction you took the theme, the whole time I was constantly feeling like the opponents were stealing my power. Dice games are always fun because rolling dice just feels so good. Biggest thing I'd say is that rng can really be mean to you with a bad roll, maybe do 3 rolls where you can hold dice in between, before getting the final result for assigning.
