Cool! I got stuck on level... 5, 6? I don't know, I went to someone who hadn't any option and I didn't know how to restart level. Really interesting concept but the lack of music and the difficult to see "people" stressed me in this reading puzzle.
Nice little game but how is it related to the theme?
I searched for a while to only finish the five first levels; pretty interesting concept, good innovaion here; congrats!
Interesting concept! I didn't expect the abstract graphics, but the puzzles were enjoyable.
A flashing colours warning may be useful.
I like the concept, a very interesting puzzle game.
The level transitions should have had an epilepsy warning IMO; I'm not personally affected, but there might be people who are. I feel like the transitions could be a little less over-the-top though, so perhaps the best thing to do if you wish to expand the game would be to just change it to something with less flashing lights :stuck_out_tongue:. Don't think that I had a negative opinion of the game just because of that though.
I couldn't really get past the graphics on this. The fluctuating squares were off-putting, and the level transition was really obnoxious. I understood the objective of the game without reading the readme, but I still had to read it to understand that it was indeed the objective, mainly because the UI was hard to understand.
I think there is a good base to a puzzle game here, as things can get pretty complicated and fun to figure out with this concept. But the graphics and UI made me stop after a couple of levels, unfortunately :(
I couldn't see the stuff on the right-hand side of the screen. Maybe it was my resolution, I'm running 2560x1440
Unfortunatly, on my 1920x1080 screen the game was unplayable because I was not able to see the first option of everything I choose. I found also the explanations of how to play very confusing, and the lack of visual feedback when clicking on something on the right part of the screen made me even more confused on what to do.
Interesting game, it took me a few minutes to understand how to play it. Any particular reason you didn't put the description here on ludum dare or gamejolt instead of putting it in a readme file?
The puzzle gameplay was straight forward after I understood the instructions and it was quite fun to try figure out in which order to do stuff. It would have helped having some audio indication that you indeed clicked a option and maybe even having a back button would be much easier but that ruins a bit of the game maybe as you could simply click and try each option until you found the solution.
I agree though with what others have said, the graphics and UI was distracting and would have needed more work but just think about that to next time :)
Good job!
P.S:
I got this on level 2 one time when I pressed finish level and then there was an option to click finish level again on next level: ```python Traceback (most recent call last): File "game.py", line 396, in
Weird game! I'm pretty sure it was weird in a good way, managed to figure my way around it without much instruction, so it was all pretty intuitive.
 That *"congratulations"* screen!
Solid puzzle. Neat graphics.
The user interface is hampered by the simple presentation. There should be names over the characters (spazzing cubes). Another GUI nicety would be different looking arrows pointing from character to character denoting from who you can haunt/possess whom.
Possession is OP, but then again it is only required once. Audio is severely lacking. Some sufficiently unnerving ambient noises would have been ace.
Good job on the design, but there are many ways to improve the end product.
