It's nice for a first attempt. The game has solid mechanics, but nothing much else besides that.

Plays exactly how you think it should. The 2d shooter genre doesn't offer much room for innovation, but if this is your first attempt at making a game in unity, you have a good start! My first unity game featured a guy who fell through the world and crashed the game when you tried to move him. You're doing pretty well, I'd say! Good luck!

I liked the multicoloured starfield, very retro :) Great work for a first attempt!

I really liked the UI. It's something that can be kind of an afterthought, but you gave it some nice polish. Great Job!

Nice job. Obviously it could use more depth, but for a Jam game it's solid and not buggy, which is a huge plus. If you took it further, it would be nice if the planet/ship you control had a little more life to it. The asteroids rotate and feel more alive than your actual character! :) Good luck with future jams, nice work.

Polished, working from start to end, this is the kind of thing that I like to see in Ludum Dare games. I'm a fan of jam shmups, so I may not be the best to judge, but I really liked this one. Thanks.

I'm genuinely impressed by how finished the game looks! I don't think it fits into the theme perfectly, but besides that, great game.

Nice first game

A decent side-scrolling shooter in the spirit of R-Type and other old arcades. Despite not offering much innovation in the gameplay (and hardly you can offer any in this genre) the game is nicely polished and playable.
