Cool concept!! I made a game seems like yours for the [GGJ17](http://globalgamejam.org/2017/games/project-tesla)
Please, play and comment my LD38 game =) https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/38/escape-from-tiny-world
I hope you enjoy !!!
This reminds me of populous 3! I really dig the rolling around on a small planet feeling.
I had some troubles with the ball getting stuck in the very too many creatures I could eat but didn't need to. All of a sudden I died, but never understood why.
It feels like a really cool idea that just need some more polishing and kinks sorted out. Good job!

@ironchest thanks for the feedback i would guess you died because you were eating the animals raw and probably died from health (you should cook them with a fire or cook ice to make clean water) after the judging ends i will probably polish the game up
I like the idea and heart put into it :grinning:
I couldn't finish it, not because of the the hunger/thirst/health timers, I just didn't know how to get iron or gold... first I thought you had to find each somewhere on the planet (getting stuck numerous times along the way)... soon I picked up everything and found nothing.
But then I figured out there was a crafting and inventory menu in the corner! It was too late after I picked up all the rocks and ice... it seems like there's no way to craft from your inventory? Then what's the point of the inventory? I highly recommend sorting that out first. Additionally, the problem of getting stuck/stopped can probably be fixed by keeping the player from colliding with the moving animals and such. I was still pretty engaged with exploring the planet! All in all good job making a game!

@powerspark thanks again for the feedback i will definitely take it into consideration when the judging ends as for the gold/iron you can craft a stone pickaxe with a tree and stone i will probably make that a tooltip or something in the future so people can figure it out :)
Nice work on the game! I thought I was doing really well eating and stuff, but I still lost. Really fun, nice movement an resource management. Keep up the good work!

Cool! Nice concept. The crafting was a bit hard to figure out though - some indication of success/failure when crafting would be good. Keep it up!

I'm not much for these crafting type games but you get maximum points for theme. It doesn't get much more small world than dwarf planet!
Cool game ,as @adhesion said some indication of success/failure when crafting would be good also background music would be nice if you add it

Very nice idea! The concept is very interesting. I was a bit lost at the start, some more feedback could help!
Cool game and concept I suggest to do better steering from keyboard but nice idea good job
Could not figure out how the crafting worked. Nice world though..
Great concept, liked the style of it!

Seems like an interesting game, and I like concepts like these where you craft better and better things, but the crafting system seemed frustrating to me. I feel like it could have been much easier if I could craft things from my inventory instead of having to find something just laying around or placing something down first. It might have just been my computer being a potato, but nothing that I tried to place down showed up in the world, like I would click on the fire in the inventory, but it would just disappear from the list and nothing else would happen. Otherwise, I could see it being quite fun!

Couldn't figure out the crafting.
You should add a better tutorial because I didn't understand what to do. Also, you should add a skybox, even if it is a plain color skybox like in my game: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/38/block-destroyer . Also, you should change the main character to be something else other than just a plain sphere. Also, you should add better design for the UI. Other than that, it was kind of fun to wander around the planet similar to Super Mario Galaxy.

I agree with others, needs more instructions. One tip I find helpful -- get people to play your game during the competition, and see if they can figure it out, without you telling them what to do. It'll help a lot for making the game understandable. Ideally they should know what to do without reading any instructions outside your game
It was interesting to play, but I have no idea if I actually managed to craft anything. Some more in-game feedback, and maybe even instruction, would be helpful.
