An unusual mechanic, the game works out pretty well. I enjoyed the limitations (teleport meter) that pose a challenge but there's still always a get of jail free card in your infinite shooting.
Though the play gets a bit dry after the initial understanding sets in.
The bullet bounce vector was also a bit weird, I can intellectually understand how it works, but when they come from near-perpendicular angles they should deflect and not bounce in seemingly weird directions :) But at least it's predictable :)
Awesome!! That's a really great idea for a gameplay mechanic, and I feel like it could lead to some really satisfying trick shots if you work on it a little more. The collision detection seems really awkward, so the game is less about aiming intuitively, and more about trying to keep aiming in the general direction you think should work, and waiting until the red line pops up. Not great and defeats the purpose of aiming.
Also, adding the ability to reflect the shots off of walls or other obstacles/enemies (or penetrate multiple enemies) could add more depth to it, and keep it from getting dry after like the 5th room.
Besides the gameplay, the graphics and animations were all very nice.
I'd definitely be interested in seeing this game polished up some more and completed. Definitely has potential!
Good mechanics

The art is really cute! This is one of the few games I can get the hang of pretty quickly. It's really fun. Sometimes I felt like the red laser beam was bit off, like I'd aim at something and shoot but it didn't shoot off where I intended it.
I also really liked how this game has juice but not overbearingly so.
Refreshing mechanics and solid art. One of the better entries I've played!
Very good! I like the very innovative core mechanic, and the game feels really solid. You have sound effects, enemies bounce and lay around when they died. Great!
I enjoyed playing this alot. The gameplay is great! Is there an ending? Because I didn't reach it atleast. Great entry!
Great job with the game! Sometimes I felt like I couldn't shoot the projectiles fairly, as in no option to hit it even though I was sure I could. The game was really fun though and kept my attention for a while :)
I like the design and colors, good job!

Actually a pretty innovative way of implementing the whole "friendly fire" thing. The player's ability to slow time and warp really helped sway the odds. Nice one.
I love the mechanics and the graphics! It took me a minute to learn how to play properly, but once I did, I had a lot of fun! The only downside in my opinion is the audio, but other than that, nice job!
I really enjoyed the core mechanic of deflecting bullets to kill enemies, and I think the way it was implemented in the game was done really well (with the freezing of time). I can understand why the controls were to use teleportation instead of moving as normal movement using the control keys would probably make it too easy to dodge the bullets. However, this does make it so that you are somewhat at the mercy of which way the enemies shoot, and the gameplay is extremely reactive with fairly long periods where there's not much to do. Additionally, it would be great to have more different enemy types or modifiers such as gravity wells which curve the paths of bullets or walls which the bullets can deflect off. I also think it might pay to look into using regular movement as it would allow for more enemies which shoot faster to introduce difficulty in a different form. It would be interesting to see how the gameplay changes. It would also be interesting to see how a time slowdown rather than freeze might work as it would again force the player to make their decisions faster and make the gameplay more active. However, these kind of game design decisions and additions are pretty much impossible to make perfectly in a short-form game jam, so really well done for making an innovative and interesting game that I would love to see more of post-jam!
Also, forgot to mention, but the hitboxes and reflection angles are a little weird.
AWESOME I have nothing to say the comments say it all.

Cool mechanic overall but sometimes the reflection angles did feel a bit unintuitive.
It's really good. The graphics could use some work and the aiming system is very odd. Not sure why the aiming line goes for a certain distance and then snaps to a bullet that's nearby. Also it doesn't seem like the bullets bounce off at the correct angles. BUT! It's fun and I played like 11 levels.

Love the mechanics and the art style. Was really fun to play and satisfying. There is some improvements on the overall but still a nice advanced prototype. Great job
Graphics are awesome and the mechanic is great too!! Only thing i see is that the line of the attack is a bit weird when there's no projectiles being fired.
Also, after the 7th room it all felt a bit like the same over again, but still it's a great game! :)
Good job and keep up the good work!
Interesting take on the arena shooter. Liked that you have to use the enemies bullets against them and that you could slow down time to assist. The teleporting to get around was also a nice touch and was great as you progressed and had more enemies and it becomes more chaotic.
Neat game, I enjoyed playing it. I also like the effects.
Great job!
neat but its too easy to stand in the middle of the map and use the bullet to time
