Gives error on launch in Linux :/

Running on GNU/Linux Archlinux 64bit - Getting no error.
The game is a too short (only 2 tiny level (and a prolog :p) ) but the music is good and the game is well explained thank to the help entry in the menu.
Is it just 2 levels? I think it needs a bit more gameplay to comment properly. :P I kinda wanted to know what the egyptians would do with all that tech.
I feel the game was short however, congrats on finishing the game in time. I would've liked more story to the game.
As others have commented, the game is short! :)
It would be interesting to know what the egyptians want those parts for. The background music is very relaxing and the art is coherent and good overall.
Congratulations!
Couldn't run on mac because of missing jdk. I know it's lazy but I'm not gonna bother figuring out what's the right one to install. I think games need to be self contained as much as possible.
Running on Linux, a small text issue (http://i.imgur.com/e4AjIn9.png). The game had an interesting start, wish there was more to it! Music felt nice.
Hah, I beat it! Surprisingly amount of polish. I was unsure which menu item was selected, one was yellow and one was white, and I wasn't sure if the yellow one was selected or the white one.
Not much gameplay here. It's really easy just to go get something. The concept of bringing new technology to an ancient civilization is interesting, but you didn't go far with it.
Fun concept, the levels were a bit too short and easy, and it would be fun to explore the story and give a reason why the ancient Egyptians would want future tech for, other than that, the gameplay was solid :)
This is a nice little game :)
Of course the levels are very short but I guess you simply ran out of time, I did too.
I like the graphics, your programmer art is very charming.
The sound, I feel, is very generic and does not fit the theme and the graphics very well. I like how you can recognize the sound effects as being created with SFXR :)
I noticed that your parallax scrolling in the two levels is off, you scroll the background depending on the player's position but it should move with the camera and then slower than the foreground, not faster.
Walking left and pressing right will make the character do the moon walk, make the left/right walk frame depending on the horizontal speed and not the key that was last pressed.
The collision detection is not 100% accurate, when you jump into the right-most block in the "stairs" in level 2 you can fly through it and sometimes when jumping up into a block you get transported down into another block for a frame and then back up in the next frame.
Overall I think you did a great job in those two days. Keep up the good work, I am looking forward to your next game in the next LD :)
Thank you for all the feedback everyone and taking the time to play and review my game. As I did last Ludum Dare (LD35), I will make an improved version of this game with the feedback I've gotten and release that one as well.
