Really fun (Slow start thought)
Feels polished, although occasional tile tear.
Fun game. I think this'll be at least in the top 200.

Nice. Super smooth graphics and sound.
Platformers stress me out, but the Super-Meat Boy style of instant respawn makes it a much better experience.
one of the most beautiful games is LD36 congrats
The graphical effects and music give this game a really nice atmosphere! The gameplay is pretty standard, but the smooth controls make it fun to play anyway.
This game is one of the most complete feeling that I have seen in this LD. I live your sound, and the little things like the effects when jumping and landing. I think that your art style worked very well with the platformer style game that you put together, making this a very fun game to play. Some of the jumping challenges seem a little harsh, but that may be my inexperience with jumping talking. Overall very well done.
Very nice! Loved the visuals and the music. The main character was just so cute <3. I also really like the way the level seamlessly (for the most part) morphs around you as you progress. It made me really feel like I was getting lost in an ancient tomb. Great work!
The platforming feels very nice, other than some bounding box problems - at least to me, it looks like spikes are smaller than they really are. Someone else mentioned the occasional tile tear, too. Otherwise, really nice!
controls feel immediately familiar, as if I played this game before
music is really cool
art is nothing special, but works well
Really liked this entry, feels like complete game.
This is my favourite game so far
Well done!
This is right now the most enjoyable game at this compo. Art is top-notch and definitely so music and sfx (though sfx could be gained a few db imho ). Control is fluid and I like how you've worked with dialogues, screenshaking and such.
Impressive work for 48h
top notch quality right here, the sprite, easthetic, and music overall are high quality, put very well together
the game theme nothing exceptional, but the puzzle execution quite good, control is smooth and really fun
probably one of the best 2D game so far
somehow graphically its remind me of "Lone Survivor" :D
Wow, Lots of polish in this one. Great work.
This is a very well polished entry indeed. Incredibly impressive for 48 hours. Those spike stairs were a constant reminder of how much I suck at platformers :P
*Entire room shakes* "Something is funny..." "Did I get a new haricut?" "Must be it."
Haha. Really love how polished it is, and +1 for LibGDX! Could have included WASD, though. I think you should continue it.
Oh, much better screenshake than mine too ;)
Awesome artstyle, great pixels! Got that good retro vibe. Solid game!
Really groovy, man. The way that the levels shifted around made for a nice twist on classic platforming.
The controls feel really excellent, which is a great accomplishment for a platformer made in 48 hours. Also, like others have said, the music and graphics are spot-on.
I love the art style! :P
Looks so finished and pulished,
congrats for the entry!
Solid level design, I always thought there needed to be more pyramid maze type games out there.
Other than a few glitches (not able to walk over a tile, teleporting during a tomb transition) everything about this game is wonderful. Well done.
22 minutes to beat i may go back and try and do a faster time very fun. Only one bug if you get "Crushed" by a platform it thinks you're hitting your head and puts you in a jump state and makes it so you can't jump the way to fix it is get crushed again and spam the jump while being crushe. Vary fun.
Hi, nice game and congratulations ! Simple mechanics that still offered a decent amount of challenge. We're realizing a video with several games of the Ludum Dare #36. We made the same thing at the previous jam.
Can you add your game on indiexpo.net ? (it's free)
So we can include also your game in the video ;)
p.s. write #LDJAM in the game's description.
@steph88 Thanks! I added the game to the site, feel free to include it in the video. :)
This game has simple yet fun mechanics, AWESOME graphics and fitting music. The theme was fulfilled and the level design was perfect. As a LibGDX developer I downloaded the source and will try to examine and understand it. The last level was too hard for me to beat tbh, but I had fun. Great work!
@lb1s Thanks! Feel free to tweet me @dManabreak if you wanna chat about the source, I'm more than happy to share my thoughts. :)
...whoops, typo'd your nick, @Ib1s :D
