w00t L13. Fun
Not bad but easy .
Managed to get to level 13, nice game, one of he best LD33 entries I have played at the moment :)
Very simplistic yet effective gameplay mechanics!
I think what would make the game more effective is to improve the graphics, to make it more clear that I'm destroying humans. Perhaps have animation of destroyed buildings, and people running around. Also, the human count shouldn't be the number of buildings destroyed, but that times 100 or something.
Lastly, pause for a while at the game over screen because I didn't even have time to read my score.
The more I destroyed the more they built. A nice simulation.
Very cool concept! Would probably work better on a phone, with a touch screen.
Loved the graphics, but sound effects quickly became a bit annoying.
I liked the concept and theme interpretation though, good job !
Nice take on the theme, this would make an addictive mobile game
i liked this a lot. I think if you added more mechanics to the game it would grow to be really cool ^_^
Top score 6417. Got to level 17, I think it's impossible after that. Good job!
Satisfyingly nihilistic!
I liked this. Seems like it would fit on a phone nicely.
Neat take on cellular automata. Needs some ambient forest sounds and maybe particle effects, birds etc flying off, more juice :)
This was rather stressful! Around level 9 it gets really tough. I was only able to make it to level 11. Who is the real monster, though!?
Really great, simple enough to understand easily and captivating enough to keep trying to do better. Ended up having a really good theme of "against the humans" that just worked well.
I really liked this, and the way the humans spread like a virus. Took me a go or two to realise that 'Draw to destroy humans' just meant mouse over them.
The graphics are spot on for what this game is, although maybe an effect or replacement for the cursor would be a nice addition, along with a game over screen rather than just restarting straight away.
Oh, also you might want to disable the right-click context menu, as you can use that to move over trees without killing them.
Simple but fun just like games supposed to be.
