You might want to make those instructions stand out and/or rename the game to something like 'Jetpack Tank slayer!'

Liked this game, there are few glitches. I think a tank bullet glitched right in front of me at one point and the tanks don't really shoot at me they shoot past me. Overall though well done!

@Trench - Thank you for your comments! I am aware of that floating-bullet glitch but sadly I did not have time to fix it. At least it doesn't actually threaten you so it's not game-breaking. Also, I did experiment with having the tanks aim at the player, however that quickly became much too difficult to dodge, if not impossible, since you can only dodge up and down. The aimless firing seems dangerous enough :P

I didn't read the part about tank stomping until after my first few play through. Also It would have been nice to know the key to restart the game on the game over screen. I waited for 20 seconds expecting it to restart after my first death.
Couldn't get up to two minutes, but I got close! Fun game. Simple mechanic. I like the land on tank idea. Could use some sound. Was hoping different amounts of time would give me different ranks. When it didn't then I kinda gave up.
@hamster_mk_4 : Thanks for playing! Any of the "Use Jetpack" buttons also work to restart the game. However there is a 2-second period after losing where they won't work, to prevent accidentally skipping your chance to view your time and rank. After 2 seconds just press whichever button you were using the Jetpack with.
@tankete : Thanks for the comment :) I wanted to at least add a Jetpack engine and tank-explosion sound but ran out of time :( The ranks are based off of your play-style rather than how well you played. There's info about earning the ranks in the description. I would have added more ranks for long-time survivors, but didn't have time to determine what was an 'impressive' enough amount of time. It seems most people tend to get in and around 2 minutes, so maybe 3 or 4 would be good, but I didn't know that until the commenters started telling me.
Well it's definitely a minimalistic game. Works well and is definitely challenging.

Fun one-button game! Definitely would be better with sound. There were a couple of graphics oddities - the game over text appears behind the missiles, and the tank bullets don't fly a the same angle as the tank barrels. Also, I got hit by a tank bullet while just touching the tank barrel from behind, which seemed odd. Maybe I died from heat dissipation from cannon fire? =p
