This is really calming and relaxing, at least early on. It looks great too. You should be very happy!

The minimalistic art style works well for this. The enemies spawning in groups that form a shape is a particularly nice touch.
A well executed game, very clean. The neon-style works well with those geometric forms.
The upgrade system is maybe a little bit unbalanced, you can reached the top too easily, and you don't have time to enjoy the first upgrades.
A very nice game, I like the upgrades and the art style.
Very good game. It has excellent graphics, very like this style. Also I like that I don't have to press any keys to shoot, it is really great thing and perhaps I will use it
in my projects.
I don't like only one thing: game finishes very fast.
I'm a sucker for games like this, the Geometry Wars inspiration is excellent, and you've also nicely implemented the theme with the upgrades. Both of these elements work really well together.
One thing I noticed however, is that it doesn't seem to check if there are a certain amount of enemies on screen at once, and so, they can accumulate to a monstrous hordes that are impossible to overcome.
This game is pretty solid regardless and enjoyable.
Great game. Upgrade system is nice.
Awesome effects and addictive gameplay :-D.
Nice game,i liked the art style and the upgrade system =)
Good game! I can see myself coming back to play more of this. The title screen music was good, but there was no music in game...?
no there wasn't, unfortunately I hadn't had any good idear for that. Also the game sounds would have kinda ruined it.
Great game! I just love games like this!
Though, I have some complaints.
First; The credits income is way too fast. The last upgrades are afforable after a very short time.
Second; The split upgrade felt a bit excessive. One bullet could alone destroy an entire horde of green enemies.
Third; The number/level of enemies should probably increase slower. I know these games are supposed to be fast-paced, but this game is really REALLY fast-paced.
Completely agree. I only saw these problems after the deadline was over. No changing it now. Thanks for playing, maybe next time it will be even better!
Once I figured out that Space was Upgrade, things went a lot smoother. A reminder of that on the game screen would help.
I still died to hordes of enemies after a certain point. I like bullet shooters because the progression always feels fun.
Nice Graphics! They are coded? I'll download your source because I really liked those HTML5 light effects.
You can have my source if you like. But its variables and comments are in spanish. It's made with ImpactJS engine. Let me know if you are interested and I'll gladly upload them to you.
Oh, photoshop lights.. I got myself exited since I'm lookink for dynamic lightning in html5. But you really got it right. Grenades are so shiny :P
I found a bug, while in the updrage menu, you can launch grenades!
BTW, I uploaded the source of my game. You won't be able to run it if you don't have ImpactJS, but all the program logic is there.
One of the most polished games I've played. Really nice graphics, functional sound and most important of all fun to play.
Why is only the text shows up when you press the 'Instructions' button? :) Anyway the only thing it needs is balancing and maybe a proper game over screen. Autoshooting idea is a great thing!
Szép munka, így továb!
Great game, I love it! Just a few comments: Ricochet like, doesn't help you at all. Also, there appears to be a bug (I'm in Chrome) where sometimes your controls will simply lock up.
Also, I always end up getting to a point in the game where I literally can't spend my credits fast enough. The game ticks up the counter quickly over time, but even if I have killed hordes of enemies, I have to wait for that counter to tick up before I can spend them! This matters when I'm firing grenades constantly in order to stay alive :P Also, I don't like that I die all at once, even if I have full life, just for one mistake. It's pretty unforgiving, especially at the end.
At any rate, great work, and congratulations! :D
I feel so powerful and satisfying in the end. Great game!
Couldn't really play it. When I WASD move, the mouse cursor freezes up. I'm using a trackpad on a laptop running Chrome on Win7 x64.
I've played a few games very similar to this, and I couldn't get far enough in to see how it might differ. I was able to observe formations of triangles "evolve" out of singular triangles, it'd be fun to come back and see what this is like once the controls are sorted out.
