Oct 19 23:55:01 Ancient Technology ♥ 1 Had a little "aha" moment like with that OG darks souls elevator when went out of the left part back to the center (good backtracking in other words) :) Nice job!
Oct 20 00:28:45 33m 44s Analog Overdrive ♥ 1 Completed and liked it! "Disc room" game vibes, very good, even forgot to shop in the middle and jumped straight to the next level. Polished to perfection. I can sense AI too (effects and graphics feel a bit plasticky and overloaded), but heck, that was fun!
Oct 20 00:48:01 19m 16s KURGAN ♥ 2 Felt like I was in one of stories written by Andrei Platonov. Something huge happening in a vast field. Well conveyed feeling despite the short game. Thank you. And for LdDB, too :)
Oct 20 15:44:10 14h 56m Archimedes' Last Stand ♥ 2 lmao the cover... respect for plain js!
Oct 20 16:28:28 44m 18s Would you still love me if I were a switchboard operator? ♥ 1 lovely! tried playing greedy, took two wires at a time, they of course hanged from the platform, got stuck, had to release one. life lessons. that was fun, thank you!
Oct 20 17:25:23 56m 55s Torch Keeper ♥ 1 cool concept, completed and enjoyed! i'd rather make the torch collision slightly more forgiving as i frequently lost the fire when i did not even expect it to touch anything. overall, really solid!!!
Oct 20 18:32:29 1h 07m I Was...? ♥ 4 the creeps are real. i'd appreciate if it was clear from the start that the player is supposed to zoom in. all in all very immersive and atmospheric, reminds me of old point-and-clicks with crappy rasters. good vibes.
Oct 21 18:21:34 23h 49m Phantasma ♥ 0 had fun. i only wish there were an option to set the spirit number for the prompt, because if i don't want any of the three given entities, i have to guess, and most of the time my prompts yielded sth that required 3+ spirit. for example, if i visualise "a ghoul", it requires 7 spirit, but if i set 3 spirit constraint, i can get "a young ghoul", which also strikes first, but has less attack and health
Oct 21 18:33:36 12m 02s zeppizza ♥ 0 small business ~~1926~~ 2026 edition. had a giggle rotating pizzas so they get inside the oven
Oct 21 18:45:35 11m 59s Junkyard Drifter ♥ 0 good art and mechanics. got stuck on 3rd level - really hard to move from the wire to the tire right after the first checkpoint
Oct 21 19:28:26 42m 51s Spectral Debt ♥ 0 had fun, thank you! reminded me of the old Painkiller game - cemetery, sound effects (which are really fitting!), crossbow, souls - great atmosphere! although i've completed the game, it was pretty difficult and took about 12 tries. it's pure RNG whether a demon is near you or not. even if the radar detects it in proximity, it's an instant death since you cannot run away 8/10 times. i was often killed by a demon before i even knew it was nearby (not fun!). maybe it's a skill issue, but i'd appreciate if the demon only moved towards the characher after it was detected by a radar or i had a chance to notice its shape or know it's near by its sound. overall, very cool and i see much effort
Oct 21 19:58:04 29m 38s iconuulent ♥ 1 the best thing is how gameplay itself reveals the lore. i agree that a deciphering minigame would be very fitting in a full game. when playing, i was thinking about a short story "The Gold-Bug" by Edgar Allan Poe where the main character deciphers a text looking at how frequent the character occurs in the text. just my associations :D
Oct 21 20:15:14 17m 10s The Lamplighter ♥ 0 good idea, fits the jam! also appreciate the mood - silence and snow footsteps. good choice of season, winter works well for such game
Oct 21 20:27:08 11m 54s Dudsel Mini ♥ 0 cute little mischief. 10 sec is my best score :)
Oct 21 20:37:15 10m 07s Calcul Watch ♥ 0 nice sfx
Oct 21 20:49:34 12m 19s Boiler Toiler ♥ 0 loved humor and the visuals. didn't figure out the "match the tones" one, too
Oct 21 23:09:33 2h 19m Punched! ♥ 1 smooth! crisp visuals, effects and sounds, loved the soundtrack. i also like that you animated even little details like the menu and the supervisor. and it seems something post-war (or cold-war) is going on :0 i don't know how to say, but all in all feels really neat and crispy :) nice job!
Oct 22 01:09:18 1h 59m Ye Old Repair Shop ♥ 1 good relaxing puzzle. satisfying
Oct 22 01:53:46 44m 28s Withheld ♥ 0 great art and atmosphere, you nailed it! and nice puzzle of course. and nim lang :0
Oct 22 20:18:52 18h 25m ScrapBoys ♥ 1 scavenging is fun, the resulting builds are funny. speed up option for an autobattler of course is a must, stats preview of items would be a good quality of life improvement. other than than - good job!
Oct 22 20:34:19 15m 27s Old Specks ♥ 2 wow guys you nailed it technically.. and ofc great sense of humor. thank you, had a good laugh!
Oct 24 14:16:29 41h 42m Danger Looms ♥ 1 enjoyed the writing! it was interesting to learn about the world you had created. the gameplay is captivating due to many possible interactions. revisiting locations usually rewards you with new items/secrets, which is a plus. ooh and i loved the font, very fitting. our game has a similar one, i just love these medieval serifs.. i only wish there were more distinct highlights of locations on the map (they are highlighted on hover, but it's hard to tell interactive from non-interactive ones right away). soundtrack/sfx is of course lacking, but i set my own music in the background, which was fine :D overall, well done, thank you for a good story!
