Oct 20 22:44:04 The last ember ♥ 1 cave man coments very funy I wish it had sound efects It was very repetitive
Oct 22 13:04:50 38h 20m Neolithica ♥ 1 I had a hard time at first understanding you had to wiggle the mouse to "attack" - a sort of unconventional attack method but was able to adapt to it. I didn't really throw the spear much when I got it because being able to chase down the prey and just wiggle at them was better in my experience. That changed with the bow and unlimited ammo though so thats a nice balance touch. Good job on the bull it got a good jump scare on me. Also the intro music was good and fun and got me into the theme of the game. Overall the game needs what's called a "look ahead" camera - that is you move the camera ahead of the player in the direction they are intending to move so that they can see more whats infront of them (in the direction they are moving) instead of having 3/4 of the screen behind them. Overall nice entry and thanks for playing mine.
Oct 24 11:31:45 46h 26m Heaps of Hops ♥ 0 Wow, what a great game, and I even play factorio alot but this was kinda hard and complex at first, but there is some real depth here. I know you tried to do the tutorial as a screenshot but all that information before you've played the game is hard to digest, something in-game would have helped or even breaking up the progression via unlocks so you have a sort of directional flow. I know this adds scope for the jam but these kinds of games need that slow introduction. The graphics are really great, nice work on these, everything feels like it has consistent art direction and thats rare in a jam. Nice work!
Oct 24 11:41:22 9m 37s The Last Thaw ♥ 1 Interesting village sim game. At first i didn't really understand what I was doing it was hard to connect what was going on in the game compared to the UI popups that were happening. But I think you have the right idea with how to slowly introduce the different menus. The UI look and feel didn't really go with the art style of the game and the wiggly buttons were weird. The core game mechanics though were solid and didn't seem to be broken and were balanced well. Early game I was raided a bit but eventually my resources built up and I had a fortress.
Oct 24 11:45:46 4m 24s Loops 4U ♥ 2 Wow i cannot you did the theme as "i built a game for the wii u" ?!? Amazing job you nailed the visual aesthetic and the gameplay was simple and fun!
Oct 24 11:51:46 6m 00s Trick Or Retreat 4 ♥ 0 We didn't understand what to do at first and then realized you need to click and hold the people to steal their candy. After that it was fun but its was kind of brutal that if you hit a car 1 time you basically lose. Screenshot 2026-10-24 at 7.50.27 AM.png
Oct 24 11:55:44 3m 58s ToM ♥ 1 Cool graphics but the music grated my ears. I didn't really understand what was happening and then it seems to freeze and the music stop and the enemy's life was at 0.
Oct 24 12:07:41 11m 57s Mammoth Slayer ♥ 0 Probably the worst part of the whole game was not being able to direct your throws. I get that standing around and waiting for your accuracy update is worth it but it felt at odds with the ability not direct your throws. Overall my kids and I had some fun with the game though we just wish it was easier to hit the mammoths it seemed like we were also missing or if we got to far away the weapon just dropped.
Oct 24 12:20:12 12m 31s The Courier ♥ 0 This was a great little game. I very much enjoyed the arrow directing you where to go otherwise I would have been lost. In fact i didn't really remember the instruction about the arrow and I wandered around a ton not finding anything untill i remembered the arrow. I died and restarted a few times but I was never good enough to get all the disk back. Overall the art was great and the music fit the mood. There was alot of pixel distoration though and moving around made it worse i'm not sure what caused that.
Oct 24 12:25:21 5m 09s Scrap Tinkerer ♥ 0 I wish there was at least a little feedback to the clicking other then the in-game items, like particles or even sfx. Overall the progression felt too slow there was soooooo many clicks just to get 1 score.
Oct 24 12:37:28 12m 07s Snuffed Out ♥ 0 The mood, visuals and sound and voice acting are amazing!!!! Great work! The game is very tedious because of how slow you are and how far back you have to walk to put the coal in. It was also unclear if doing the coal multiple times helped or not or if you just had to hit it once. It also felt like you didn't really get much light and progress for the coal you put in. Overall great aesthetic but i wanted more from the gameplay.
Oct 24 14:30:39 1h 53m Nightguard ♥ 2 Wow really great mood and use of the theme. Very immersive experience but not my general cup of tea with every little step is like real life. But I understand that was the experience and mood you were going for and you pulled off the execution perfectly. Great job!
Oct 24 14:33:21 2m 42s Light Seeker ♥ 3 What an inventive puzzle game and great execution! Graphics and Music had great art direction. Tops marks in all areas.
Oct 24 14:48:25 15m 04s Sputnik-1 ♥ 0 This is by far one of the most complicated games i've ever played - let alone jam game. Even though there was a tutorial it was still information overload. Definitely not the kind of game i usually play so i'm not the target audience but i can feel the high level of craft that went into it. The mood, graphics, sound and aesthetics are spot on for the theme. Great work my only feedback would be to think about how you can make the game more approachable from the beginning - i dove into the tutorials first but even those were information overload and distracted from learning how to play the game. Alot of the "click on X thing" wasn't direct enough because you had to mouse over everything to even find what you were talking about which distracted from the learning. It was both too tedious and also not direct enough and with the information overload it was hard to learn. I think if you could have pulled of a much simplier happy path tutorial that slowly introduces the core mechanics of the game without all the extra information it would be much more successful, if not one of the best in the jam.
Oct 24 15:23:35 35m 10s Siege of Syracuse ♥ 0 This is a great tower defense game! You put all the elements together very well. The power ramp was great eventually i got overwhelmed. I felt like the greek fire wasn't accurate it seemed to miss most ships. Screenshot 2026-10-24 at 11.20.04 AM.png
