Oct 24 18:38:51 GOT IT ♥ 1 I'd be interested in knowing how much of the game was made with AI. It seems like a lot, but correct me if I'm wrong.
Oct 24 19:04:57 26m 06s Bunker-88 ♥ 1 Nice! That was fun. I just wish I could have seen what happens to this "friend" after their little prank.
Oct 24 19:52:07 47m 10s Connect your PX5 to a CRT TV ♥ 0 Very immersive! I felt stupud, but in a good way!
Oct 24 20:16:07 24m 00s The Sturdy Goblin ♥ 1 Super fun rhythm game, the goblin was really killin it with those moves. Just wish the ending had been a little more epic!! :-D
Oct 24 20:45:52 29m 45s Jam Boy ♥ 0 I love the graphics but man it would have been good to have some banger soundtrack to go with them.
Oct 24 21:12:07 26m 15s Old As Taxes... LD60 ♥ 0 Fun and relaxing game. A bit too relaxing. Perfect music choice btw.
Oct 24 21:22:28 10m 21s Proper Cannoning ♥ 0 It's a cool idea but gets a bit boring fast.
Oct 27 18:12:35 68h 50m Balkan Hunter 2002 ♥ 0 A truly wonderful piece of work. The pre-rendered backgrounds with the ms paint looking sprites gave the game a ton of charm, and the gameplay was super fun. The amount of content (3 BONUS levels!?) was impressive.
Oct 27 18:30:39 18m 04s No Matter ♥ 0 What an amazing experience! The graphics and audio create a very special atmosphere, like the universe preparing for the big bang.
Oct 27 18:49:19 18m 40s Forgotten Device ♥ 1 This is one of the most surreal games I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. It's very unique, has amazing atmosphere, and is a perfect interpretation of the theme. The fixed camera angles made the whole experience truly captivating and intentional.
Oct 27 19:07:42 18m 23s Necropolis ♥ 1 Great mood and atmosphere! I wish it had music though. Even though the gameplay is your basic metroidvania platformer, there's a good sense of exploration and mystery, and the text descriptions at the bottom made it much more immersive.
Oct 27 19:29:17 21m 35s Rail Switcher ♥ 1 A very solid and fun simple game. It's surprisingly fun to click those switches, though I wish the difficulty would ramp up faster. Very green, good job!
Oct 27 19:40:12 10m 55s 4WD Sushi Delivery, Baby! ♥ 1 The hideous AI-generated thumbnail does no justice to this hidden gem. The innovative gameplay of flicking switches with the mouse cursor deserves high praise. The simple mechanics reflect the elegance of simple yet delicious sushi and leaves you wanting more. Wonderful job.
Oct 27 19:56:34 16m 22s rdcrawl ♥ 1 I was pleasantly surprised upon finding treasure and unlocking the magic attack, which felt like a well deserved reward after a hard-fought battle against the skeleton. However, the most delightful moment of my playthrough was the option to choose between "ok" and "great". I naturally chose great, which felt great. I wish the game had a better ending to wrap up my adventure in your stylish, monochrome dungeon, but nevertheless, it was great. Great job!
Oct 27 20:37:11 40m 37s Abataz ♥ 1 A true retro epic. It's a familiar formula, yet I was compelled to see my quest to the end. The amount of content was astounding, and the writing was very evocative. The encounters were a bit too frequent and repetitive, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Leveling up, and buying/finding new equipment felt rewarding and I really liked how I could choose my own destiny. Fantastic stuff!
Oct 27 20:50:33 13m 22s OBSOLETE ♥ 1 This game captures the feeling of playing as an old piece of junk very nicely. The ruined skyscrapers sticking out of the desert landscape creates a strong atmosphere, and evokes the loneliness of an obsolete machine. The gameplay felt a bit too simple at start, but got better towards the end. The game didn't overstay its welcome, and it was really satisfying to see an ending that concludes the experience in a fitting way. Great work!
Oct 27 21:14:32 23m 59s The Athanor Estate ♥ 1 It was cool to see such detailed descriptions of each room, and together with the crunchy retro style the game creates a really nice atmosphere. It was fun to adventure through the mansion but I couldn't figure out all of the puzzles. I spent some time trying to open locked doors with the key I found until I got to the right door. Impressive work!
Oct 27 21:29:47 15m 15s Ghost Train ♥ 1 What a fantastic game! The retro aesthetic caught my eye immediately, and I was not disappointed. The pure arcade fun of the gameplay kept me hooked for the whole ride! The gameplay is simple, satisfying, challenging, and charming. Pretty much perfect as far as jam games go. The only thing I was missing is music. Amazing work!
Oct 27 21:40:25 10m 38s KickBack ♥ 1 Very impressive work. The gamefeel is great, and there's a lot of content! I'm curious to know how much you utilized AI, or if everything was done traditionally.
Oct 27 21:52:54 12m 29s fishGrinder ♥ 1 Very fun setup! The introduction was simply great, and the gameplay was challenging enough to stay interesting until the end, even though the last leg of the journey got slightly tedious. Nonetheless the vibes are definitely there, and it was a really nice touch to hear the music fade in towards the end. Having to switch between the two views kept the tension up nicely throughout the whole experience. Great work!
Oct 27 22:02:49 9m 55s XENOCHRON ♥ 1 Man this game slaps. Short, sweet, to the point. I love how the player character has main character vibes and Joe has side character vibes. Why does Joe always get into trouble??? I really wish you hadn't opted out of humor, this was the funniest game I played so far! Keep it up!
Oct 27 22:39:19 36m 30s Sunburnt ♥ 1 This is a badass game! Vehicular combat, scavenging ruins, cool desert trader with a gas mask... it has it all! The only problem is that it never seemed to end, which is probably good for survival but less good in terms of a satisfying challenge. Nonetheless, it was an absolute joy to witness all the fun encounters, and ponder on the flavor profile of the pingas fruit. I got to max level 11 until I surrendered to scary bandits and gave up.
Oct 28 12:03:28 13h 24m The Circular Arcade ♥ 0 This was a frustrating and headache inducing, yet still weirdly captivating and fun experience. Reading the screen becomes considerably difficult with the circular rendering, which might be a bit too much for some of the more fast-paced action games, but works well as an interesting extra challenge for otherwise too easy games such as the maze. Even though the frustration made the gameplay a mixed-bag for me, the atmosphere and mood is great and captures that old-school arcade vibe, but with a (literal) twist. For an experimental jam game this is a wonderful entry!
