Apr 8 06:14:16 Dig in, Gus! ♥ 2 The visuals are solid and the character design stands out. The gameplay fits the theme well, but the background music seems to have overlapping tracks, and the mining could use more satisfying feedback—resources felt quite sparse. Still, congrats on getting a game done for the jam!
Apr 8 06:27:28 13m 12s Archeologic ♥ 7 Great visuals and a creative mix of mechanics that fit the theme well. The music and audio is solid too. The controls felt a bit quirky, and the difficulty might be a bit high for players less familiar with this type of game—I couldn't make it past the first third even after a few tries. The auto-descending camera didn’t seem to work well in a 3D tetris match 3 with this camera angle, as it made the game ends before it should end. Still, congrats on what you've achieved!
Apr 8 06:36:27 8m 59s Light - Ludum Dare 57 ♥ 1 The mood is really strong and it ties into the theme very well. The visuals and sound design are nicely done. The controls felt a bit odd though—I wasn’t sure how to move upward—and picking up the light orbs lacked feedback.
Apr 8 07:15:11 38m 44s Dyna's Descent is here! ♥ 1 A classic gameplay style with nice visuals and music. Keep it up!
Apr 8 07:29:50 14m 39s SpeleoloGraph ♥ 3 The gameplay felt unique and the menu had a cool retro feel. I wasn’t totally sure what the core goal or fun hook was, but maybe that’s just me. Keep going!
Apr 8 07:36:10 6m 20s Burger into the Depths ♥ 1 Really fun concept—the burger theme is super eye-catching, and the visuals look nice. I saw you opted out of the audio category, but the lack of sound does make the game feel a bit flat in terms of feedback. Gameplay-wise, the left-right movement felt a bit limited, with not much challenge or sense of control. Still, cool idea!
Apr 8 08:44:37 1h 08m The Way We Left, by Elien Pathcarver ♥ 5 Beautiful music and visuals, with strong atmosphere and well-written text. The ambiguity around the identity of “I” is interesting, but it also made it harder for me to understand the motivation behind the choices I was making. The handwritten font fits the narrative and visual style, but it was quite hard to read—especially before I realized there was an option to change it. Maybe consider letting players choose a font at the beginning, like Pentiment does. I also encountered a bug where the scroll jumped back to the top and got stuck at a certain point. Anyways it's impressive how much you achieved in such a short time. Keep it up!
Apr 8 09:16:21 31m 44s DropDeep ♥ 1 A nice twist on a classic gameplay style—having the speed constantly increase while giving the player control over slowing down makes it feel really challenging, in a good way. The sound when you die is pretty funny too, haha. I liked it—keep it up!
Apr 8 09:25:18 8m 57s Johnny Depths ♥ 2 Great title—it really catches the eye! Classic typing gameplay with a nice atmosphere. It might be a bit tough for non-native English speakers though, haha.
Apr 8 11:49:50 2h 24m The Well ♥ 2 Really original concept—relying entirely on audio without visuals is a bold move. The horror atmosphere came through well. Interesting experience, nice game!
Apr 8 11:57:00 7m 10s Dig Deeper ♥ 1 王刚模拟器,好玩。
Apr 8 12:05:19 8m 19s Fifty Floors of Flavor ♥ 1 Interactive sarcastic poetry.
Apr 8 14:00:26 1h 55m Deep We Go ♥ 2 Really fun—there’s something inherently satisfying about capturing all the points on the map. The visuals are clear, and it’s easy to understand how to play. I liked it!
Apr 8 14:15:14 14m 48s Copper Soul ♥ 2 Really fun! The evil cave cat is cute. This feels like a game people would genuinely want to play—it definitely has the potential to become a full release.
Apr 8 14:35:10 19m 56s Dark Pit ♥ 1 Genuinely innovative—this feels like something that wasn’t easy to make. It was a bit hard for me to grasp at first, though. One challenge with unique mechanics is the learning curve they can create for players, but maybe that could be eased with more gradual level design. Still, creating something like this in just two days is super impressive. Keep it up! 加油!
Apr 8 15:00:03 24m 53s AToB ♥ 1 Really solid game. The concept of slicing through and choosing your own path is super creative, and the visuals are very polished. After the initial shock of novelty, I did feel that the player-drawn paths made the level design feel a bit loose—since the focus shifts more to making choices rather than navigating well designed platforming challenges. Maybe making those player-created paths into interesting levels would require a very different approach to level design—or perhaps it’s just one of the tradeoffs of such a unique mechanic. That said, making something this complete and inventive within such a short time is genuinely impressive. I wish I could be as good as you. Great work!
Apr 9 02:55:26 11h 55m The Hidden Depths ♥ 1 Super fun, and the card combos are great—feels like you put a lot of thought into the design! At first I kept accidentally discarding cards though, maybe the feedback could be clearer. Also, the slots where you can place cards were a bit too dark for me to notice right away. Overall, nice game, good job!
Apr 9 03:21:28 26m 02s Fishing the Depths ♥ 0 fun little fishing game :)
Apr 9 03:33:11 11m 43s Well Gnome! ♥ 1 So this is what being a capitalist feels like?
Apr 9 03:55:33 22m 22s The Core ♥ 5 Really nice art style, and the gameplay feels super smooth! Well-polished.Good job.
Apr 9 09:18:14 5h 22m !GAME? (Bush) ♥ 2 Music and visuals are solid, and I like how the tumbleweed design connects with the movement. Wall-jumping upwards was a bit tricky to handle, though—could use a bit of tweaking. Still, good job!
Apr 9 15:20:49 6h 02m BUMMÖCK ♥ 1 Fun to control, fun to play, nice one!
Apr 10 03:26:43 12h 05m Echo of the Lost Soul ♥ 1 Nice main character, the running and falling animations are good hand drawn.
Apr 10 07:13:20 3h 46m Voidwood ♥ 5 Great game! Loved the unique art style, and the branching root mechanic is super cool. That second phase totally caught me off guard—in a good way!
Apr 10 09:51:22 2h 38m Frantic Focus ♥ 4 Wow, really cool concept! I was also thinking about doing a mechanic where you switch depth of field to choose your path, but I couldn’t quite get it working technically, so I shelved the idea. Splitting it into three distinct layers like you did is a clever approach. Really liked it!
Apr 10 14:45:46 4h 54m For the last hug ♥ 0 Hi!Nice to see your here! This is a really well-made game—great visuals, sound, mechanics, and level design overall. One thing I found a bit challenging was having to control both the keyboard and mouse at the same time, while also interpreting rules based on both color and shape. The difficulty curve felt a bit steep. As the designer, you’re probably very familiar with how the rules work—but for a first-time player, managing platforming with the left hand, precise mouse input with the right, and figuring out the rules in real time can feel a bit overwhelming. Introducing the mechanics more gradually—maybe at a slower pace—could help players ease into it more smoothly. Again this is really good in many ways, congrates and keep it up!.
Apr 10 16:39:04 1h 53m Splat ♥ 1 I really like the music. Fun game.
Apr 11 03:48:55 11h 09m STOCK DEPTH ♥ 2 This is very fun! Thank you for this educational horror game!
Apr 11 04:02:41 13m 46s DEVLIC`S ABSORPTION ♥ 1 I finished the whole game—it was really fun and addictive. Feels like it has the potential to become a full game. Great work, I really enjoyed it!
Apr 11 04:07:44 5m 03s Detector ♥ 1 Interesting gameplay! The interface is clear, and it’s easy to understand what to do. The keyboard controls felt a bit unintuitive to me—it seems like they’re mapped to the canvas directions rather than the character’s orientation, which might be due to how the mouse interaction is set up. Fun game.
Apr 11 10:04:57 5h 57m Bottomless Tetris ♥ 0 This is like, life.
Apr 12 10:28:23 24h 23m Plain Sight ♥ 1 Well done! This is a super interesting take on “depth.” I actually thought about something similar at first, but it felt way too technically challenging—maybe requiring 3D and some kind of 2D projection. If I understood correctly, you used blur and perspective of the images themselves to create the effect, which is really clever. Given it was made in just three days, the level of polish is already impressive—but the game ended just as I was starting to really get into it! 😂
Apr 12 10:33:55 5m 32s Depth Navigator ♥ 0 Fun and refreshing! I hadn’t played anything quite like this before. Simple idea, executed well.
Apr 12 10:52:13 18m 18s Too Fishy ♥ 3 Really fun game—I enjoyed spearing the fish! I did get stuck while diving deeper, and it completely crashed my browser, haha. But overall, it’s a well-made and interesting game.
