| Oct 3 13:05:44 | Safe Space Passage | ♥ 2 | Very interesting interpretation of the theme, likely among the best ones possible. The framing of the boundary around the player as "safe space" is very clever, since it gives an intuitive explanation of the mechanic's behavior and why it would turn an otherwise broad open map into something very limiting. Overall very solid in all aspects too. Well done! | |
| Oct 3 13:53:47 | 48m 03s | Infinite Square Well | ♥ 1 | Interesting concept! I especially liked the feel of turning knobs and listening to the soundscape morph underneath. I've completed two of the "quests" but I'm not sure if I've seen the definitive end. That might just be part of the intended experience though, so I'm not complaining. It was a nice interactive experience overall! |
| Oct 4 11:06:13 | 21h 12m | High Caffeine Black Tea | ♥ 2 | Looks really cute, but it seems like the current build is still affected by the same problems as mentioned above. No enemy bullets or any music and sound effects. Clean Fedora 38 Workstation with just the nvidia drivers. |
| Oct 4 13:29:59 | 2h 23m | 東京メトロ 「tokyo metro」 | ♥ 1 | Cool aesthetic. I like how the notes are keysounded. Too many rhythm games just go for a boring generic "pon" nowadays. I've also got a freeze mid-song, somewhere during the second half. I don't remember what my streak was at the time though. Still, well done! |
| Oct 4 13:43:53 | 13m 54s | BoxBox | ♥ 1 | Took me a while to understand what "recursive warehouse“ was supposed to mean in this context, but eventually I got it through some trial and error. Cool concept! |
| Oct 5 09:25:38 | 19h 41m | Rover Under | ♥ 3 | The art is great. I love it! Would've been even greater with an option to play with bots though. There was nobody else online when I tried it, and it was a bit lonely, but nice game overall! |
| Oct 5 09:47:42 | 22m 04s | Burned Out, Shut In | ♥ 2 | Why am I in your game which three letter agency are you from and how did you penetrate my tinfoil hat |
| Oct 5 10:08:07 | 20m 25s | Blade Stalker - | ♥ 2 | I liked the music, and voice acting especially was a very nice touch! |
| Oct 5 10:43:28 | 35m 21s | Space Bar ☆ Porter q(≧▽≦q) | ♥ 4 | Cutest Bro ever! Puzzles felt interesting but not too hard, just right for it to be an enjoyable experience. The music was good too and fits the mood well. Well done! |
| Oct 5 11:13:36 | 30m 08s | Please Sign Here | ♥ 2 | Surprisingly fun up until a point (the last 2 levels) but having experienced excruciating signings of lengthy documents first hand I choose to interpret the frustration as the intended experience. Tried to play on a tablet but sadly it didn't like the portals. Got a good laugh out of the contracts though. Nice game! |
| Oct 6 16:09:54 | 28h 56m | Limited City | ♥ 1 | Not much in the way of bells and whistles but it's solid and functional. I can see how this can be a foundation of a puzzle-like city builder. Congrats on your first game using Godot! |
| Oct 6 16:31:42 | 21m 48s | Before The Trip | ♥ 2 | Wow, that's a lot of different stuff! I can tell a lot of effort went into depicting them all in such detail, but given the sheer number it's sometimes still a bit hard to tell what is supposed to be what. I was stuck on "sunscreen" for quite a while. I guess that captures the intended mood pretty faithfully though. Nice game! |
| Oct 17 08:41:59 | 256h 10m | wild maid | ♥ 3 | It's wild the amount of content and polish you've managed to put into the game, all within the compo time frame. Very impressive! Also here's a doodle. thyoi.png The in-game sprites were rather tiny, so sorry if I got any of the details wrong! |
