I really have a soft spot for rhythm games!
While this one stays basic in its gameplay I really liked the art style and the music!
It definitely has a vibe :D

I like the game but at the end of the day it's a simple rhythm game. A greater mixer between fighting game and rhythm game would have been more welcome.

Wow you really managed to ship a rhythm game for a game jam! Congrats!! I really enjoyed the music. After a few tries I got to around the score ~260 then got hit, which froze the frame. But at least I got to hear the rest of the song, looked like I was close to the end 😅. Art is also clean. Well done!
Cool aesthetic. I like how the notes are keysounded. Too many rhythm games just go for a boring generic "pon" nowadays. I've also got a freeze mid-song, somewhere during the second half. I don't remember what my streak was at the time though. Still, well done!
Thanks for the feedback everyone! I’m looking into the reports of freezes. I think it may be a web player thing only but I’ll see if I can find a way to reproduce it and remedy :)
Nice a rhythm game! Really beats to the rhythm, lol. It freezes here to at some points. But regardless it seems to have a nice vibe going and gameplay from what I got the vibe of after over a few reloads.
GG, would like to try again when the freeze issue is solved :D
