Oct 6 03:05:20 Break The Loop ♥ 3 This was more challenging then it looked from the screenshots. There's a feeling that you're out of control at first but you can get pretty good at sniping the targets with some practice.
Oct 6 03:20:56 15m 36s Hyper Racer ♥ 1 This game looks really cool, but crashing into myself was a bit upsetting. Usually they are called ghosts because you pass through them. I didn't really get a sense I was racing anything, but it definitely gave me F-Zero vibes and I think there's potential for something cool if you dig a little deeper.
Oct 6 03:22:57 2m 01s Strange Planet ♥ 1 I like the simplicity and the difficulty curve. It has a cute atmosphere, and the humor while crude and simple is actually pretty funny to me. What the fuck are those? **Shoots for two weeks straight**
Oct 6 05:01:54 1h 38m Hoop Knight ♥ 2 Unique combat. I've never seen a mechanic like this before. It would be a little more exciting if there was some progression with the hoop mechanics (upgrades, abilities, damage modifiers, etc) and it would feel a bit better if there was a way to maintain the hoop momentum or maybe just preserve momentum a bit more after hits. It's very satisfying whipping it around, but just as disappointing when it stops in it's tracks. Very good!
Oct 7 02:52:49 21h 50m BoreOut! ♥ 1 A little disappointed that hiding after being caught was not a thing. Made it a lot harder than I expected. I managed to kill about half of the employees after a few practice runs. Overall it was pretty innovative and is easy to relate to. Really fostered my disdain for upper management.
Oct 7 03:01:58 9m 09s Time Saver ♥ 3 A little tutorial for the first kill would have helped so much (time bubble mechanics), but as a person who also has made some games, I know how far down the list that can go sometimes. Overall a neat idea but the frustration was difficult to get past.
Oct 7 03:13:26 11m 28s TALLY MARKS ♥ 2 To be honest I cheated my way through the whole game (you can die and then throw your body at a wall while moving towards it to get on top of the wall) but it was beautiful and interesting and had a creepy discovery vibe that I enjoyed. I loved exploring the story and the level rather than solving the puzzles, but that was good fun for me so overall I enjoyed the experience.
Oct 7 03:28:59 15m 33s Looper - The Last Mission ♥ 2 This was really good for a first try! Has a good balance of fun, dialogue, duration, strategy, and a somewhat macabre mood of killing yourself.
Oct 8 16:13:55 36h 44m PolyFury ♥ 1 The sound effects were a little weak for me, the controls were too fast/coarse, and I was finding myself wanting to see a score or a timer or something for measuring progress. Otherwise it's a solid concept and I appreciated the telegraphing from the center shapes. Simple and enjoyable aesthetic.
Oct 8 16:30:26 16m 31s Stuck in a Soup Loop ♥ 4 Great mood/vibe with the silly characters and the nod to dead-end jobs. Felt a lot like "simon says" but with soup and humor. Overall a nice aesthetic and was worth the time I spent playing it
Oct 19 17:58:18 265h 27m Tempus Locus ♥ 2 I would love to see an expanded version with more story. The atmosphere was fantastic and there's clearly a lot of potential for puzzles/mechanics. The tutorial was almost clear enough for me but not quite there; the core idea that the window of time was related to the duration of the projectile was lost on me until a little over halfway through.
