| Aug 13 07:27:52 | Running out of Memory Space | ♥ 0 | I liked the intro levels that were teaching you how to use everything. The sound is good! I got stuck on a level that seemed unbeatable, but I enjoyed the time I spent with it. It is a simple game with an interesting mechanic. Good Job! | |
| Aug 13 07:34:46 | 6m 54s | Goblin' Up Loot | ♥ 2 | I liked this. It is a cool idea that really fits the theme and is executed pretty well. It is really hard to catch the small things, though, but maybe that is on purpose. I also notice some weirdness after playing a few rounds where anything you grabbed would just go in circles around the point where you grabbed it until you let go of the mouse. This seemed to be made worse if you weren't playing full screen. Nice job! |
| Aug 14 03:03:35 | 19h 28m | Collapsing Mines of LUMDOOM | ♥ 1 | Nicely executed with good graphics and sound. The controls were a bit wonky, but overall you did a great job. I loved how the early levels increased the difficulty as you learned how the different things worked. Great use of the theme and very polished for a jam game. Later levels could use a little balancing to keep the difficulty from ramping up a bit too fast. Great use of the theme. Good job! |
| Aug 14 03:11:24 | 7m 49s | Space Collapse | ♥ 1 | I liked your effort. I was drawn to it because it reminded me of games like Asteroids and Omega Race. I felt like the shots should move faster than your ship and I really wanted to be able to rotate and thrust like the games I mentioned. Looks good. Great effort! |
| Aug 14 03:16:12 | 4m 48s | A Sinking Feeling | ♥ 1 | The ocean effect was cool, but I am not sure what I am supposed to be doing other than drowning. Maybe some better instructions would help. I would also like to see the viewpoint turn in a first person view, not just strafe. |
| Aug 14 03:23:55 | 7m 43s | The Reclaiming | ♥ 0 | I am old enough to have played some of the great games of this genre back when they were hot and new. Yeah text based situation games! However, I don't recall ever starving to death on my first turn before. 8^) There is nothing wrong with old school if it is done right and you have a great start here. Lots of room for improvements, but way to go! |
| Aug 14 04:16:55 | 53m 00s | Hoarding Hank | ♥ 0 | Way to go! I like the graphics and I laughed out loud when the toilet bar was brown and made a squirting sound when you touched the toilet! Too funny! |
| Aug 16 01:51:14 | 45h 34m | Cluster | ♥ 1 | I absolutely loved it! I teach game development and I had to bookmark this one to show my students. A+ in every category! |
| Aug 16 01:59:24 | 8m 10s | Step into the Void (Web) | ♥ 1 | It is an interesting take on the theme with an old school flavor. I had fun playing a few rounds, but without a high score to show whether you are getting any better, it seemed pointless to keep trying. It seemed like the holes increased frequency way too fast as the levels increased. Nice job though, good effort! |
| Aug 16 02:14:30 | 15m 06s | Courier Panic! | ♥ 1 | Way to go on finishing your first jam game! I read your rant and had to come try it. Great first attempt. THe controls were hard for me and I kept getting stuck on buildings while driving straight. However, it kept my interest. a solid first game. Keep on keeping on! |
| Aug 16 02:20:33 | 6m 03s | Terraform | ♥ 0 | I liked the aesthetics, but it seemed overly difficult due to the instant kill from the blocks. As obstacles they would be ok, but just a bit too hard the way it is balanced currently. Great job overall! |
| Aug 16 02:28:04 | 7m 31s | The Custodian of ZX-42 | ♥ 0 | Slick presentation! I teach game design and I bookmarked this one to show my students. Really nicely done! A+! |
| Aug 17 01:03:11 | 22h 35m | Rainbow Rave | ♥ 1 | Pretty Fun. In fact it was pretty and fun! I enjoyed beating the others to the beverages, but after a while it seemed the AI was getting a bit sluggish and it was pretty easy then. When the music ended it seemed to just go on with no obvious end point. Felt a bit unfinished, and my eyes kept trying to focus on the blurry stuff too! Great beginning! |
| Aug 17 01:12:33 | 9m 22s | Mars Web | ♥ 0 | Interesting. Not at all what I expected.I have never played anything like it. |
| Aug 17 01:16:55 | 4m 22s | Brightly-Wrapped Boxes | ♥ 1 | Fun little puzzle. I would have liked to have been able to zoom out a bit more. Nice job! |
| Aug 17 01:24:24 | 7m 29s | doof | ♥ 1 | Hey! Great little game. A neat take on the theme and the audio was awesome. |
| Aug 17 01:29:15 | 4m 51s | Dessert War | ♥ 1 | Nice presentation, but a bit of info on the rules would have made it easier to enjoy the first time. Good Job! |
| Aug 17 01:36:54 | 7m 39s | Clod's Quest | ♥ 1 | This was surprisingly fun. This would have been an awesome gameboy or NES game. I almost didn't try it because of the graphics, but it was really good. Way to go! |
| Aug 17 05:21:47 | 3h 44m | MinoFall | ♥ 1 | Nice Tetris clone. I was playing the Web GL version and it froze when I pressed the down arrow. I also made a puzzle game called Quadrata Minima for the Dare. Maybe you could try it, too. |
| Aug 24 04:47:01 | 167h 25m | The legend of the looter and the incredible backpack that never runs out of spac | ♥ 1 | I had fun, but it is hard to find the three items |
