Apr 24 15:22:38 Typerider ♥ 1 @sun-parlor-studios & @riko-ophorst , well done - incredible game and use of theme. Was an extremely fun game and would definitely be stuck playing it for hours and hours if there were more levels ^^
Apr 24 23:06:47 7h 44m Reverse ♥ 0 The only thing that bugged me is that sometimes you have to walk quite far in between two places of interest, which is extremely tedious when you have to do it again with the other character a few seconds later. But I like the idea, could grow into quite a fun little puzzle platformer with a bit more work on it. Really digged the art. Overall - good entry :)
Apr 24 23:42:11 35m 24s KEYBOARD WARRIOR ♥ 1 pretty cool idea, with the rotation of the shoot button like that. the only problem serious problem is that around 150/200 score it starts becoming a bit laggy and around 400 score it becomes completely unplayable. I have a feeling that perhaps your bullets are never destroyed and so the further you get into the game the more it struggles. You should preferably look at creating object pools for all of your objects, but if you didn't have time for object pooling you should at least destroy the objects so they don't persist in the scene and kill the frame rate. Other than that it was a fun game, well done :)
Apr 24 23:46:05 3m 54s Turn-based Bullethell ♥ 1 I really liked your adaptation of turn-based shooters. Really interesting restriction of player movement in each turn. Congratulations it was a lot of fun
Apr 24 23:55:53 9m 48s Trivia Kart! ♥ 1 Really cool idea!! I would have given a higher rating if there was some driving AI to race against - as I did not have someone to test 2 player with me. I do understand it was only 72 hours though :) Think it could be a really cool game if worked on a bit more :) well done
Apr 25 00:04:30 8m 37s MowZTower ♥ 1 I think if the blocks fell one at a time it would make the game quite a lot more playable and enjoyable. It would let me actively try to change the colours and place the object properly instead of blocks just falling all at the same time and having very little control over the outcome of the game. I think with a bit of work it could be quite cool. I dig the idea of the single blocks changing the colour of the blocks it touches but I didn't quite understand the enemy mechanic. Perhaps i'm not quite grasping your idea. Anyways well done on submitting :)
Apr 25 00:15:20 10m 50s Groovy Beat Shooter ♥ 0 Pretty cool idea, would have loved it if the player had more than one life though :( also, I don't know if it's just me, but it's really hard to shoot on the beat -_- but I liked it well done :)
Apr 25 00:25:23 10m 03s clickjumper ♥ 0 Feel like a little bit more could have been done with the visuals, would have been nice if the cube vibrated a little or something when you click/autoclick happens. Other than that it's a typical clicker game - pointless ^^ but well done on doing the compo!
Apr 25 00:45:57 20m 34s Modern Fairway 4: Spec-Ops in the Rough ♥ 2 Really nice concept - however I feel like if you had made shorter more golf like courses instead of one insanely long one it would have really added to the game! For about 5 mins I was wondering if there even was a hole at the end of it ^^ had a little chuckle at the gun descriptions. The biggest thing for me was the sensitivity. You didn't add a sensitivity slider and the default sensitivity is insanely high. The music was kinda cool ^^ Overall it was a fun couple of mins though :) (really though, having a few shorted courses would've really made it a lot more fun - maybe a par 3 length where you can potentially get a hole in one or even a couple of different holes would really make this quite a fun game!) ------- Just noticed you do have a second map (sorry, I only played one round and so I didn't know till I saw the gifs at the top of this page). Still would prefer shorter maps :)
Apr 25 00:58:18 12m 21s Jeff From Accounting ♥ 1 The visuals... Just wow! If the two of you created all the assets for this game in 72 hours I am SERIOUSLY impressed! The game looks absolutely stunning! The gameplay is also fun and innovative :) great entry for this theme!
Apr 25 01:05:37 7m 19s Trivia Runner ♥ 0 I felt like getting the answers correct wasn't rewarding enough - as there were still so many enemies ahead of me. Took me 3 tries to beat the first level and I didn't get anything wrong, there were just so many enemies ^^ Perhaps make answering the questions destroy all the enemies in front of you for a while and have harder questions. That way if you get it correct you don't really need to shoot too much but if you get them wrong you will have to pull of some magic with the shooting... but anyways yeah good idea :)
Apr 25 09:35:39 8h 30m POLITICS VS GAMES LOL ♥ 1 Really interesting idea. Felt quite polished with all the effects and camera shake and the "cut-scenes" where the camera moves between the enemies that are changing colour or whatever they do at that point. Beautiful look for a game jam entry - congrats! Also was really fun until it was reduced to nothing more than binary nonsense ^^
Apr 25 09:45:09 9m 30s Putt Putt Boom ♥ 1 Nice idea - not quite sure if the golf balls are enemies too? can they die? the turrets seemed to just hit them further towards the hole? if they aren't supposed to be enemies then I suggest untagging them as Enemy (or however your bullets are finding the enemy) so that the turrets can hit the golfers. Every time a bullet was about to hit an enemy it just went flying off chasing the ball instead :( but overall cool idea with a difficult theme :) well done
Apr 25 10:30:20 45m 11s Line'em up ♥ 3 Extremely fun concept, WELL DONE!! Would definitely play a full version of this game.
Apr 25 10:40:00 9m 40s First Person Shooter ♥ 0 Awesome little game! Think this would be specially fun in VR? I'm glad you didn't make it VR because hardly anyone would be able to test it but I'm just suggesting that it could be cool. good entry though :)
Apr 25 20:22:14 9h 42m Cardey (VR Only) ♥ 1 @lewis-quaife if you like VR games, go check out the submission by @virtual-window... it needs some loving <3
Apr 27 10:21:15 37h 59m Last Stand. [Web Play] ♥ 2 Such a fun game! Really great use of the theme! Definitely one of the better games out there! Well done! PS. Just a tip - go try out a bunch of other entries and give some ratings and feedback to others. It helps others improve their games and learn - AND you will get a hell of a lot more ratings if you are rating other games. It's a pity to see such a great entry with only 2 ratings. You definitely deserve so many more
Apr 27 10:43:09 21m 54s A Relaxing Time At The Arcade ♥ 2 Very good idea for the theme. Loved the combination of multiple mini games and survival horror. Good job :)
May 1 23:16:28 108h 33m Tennis Hero ♥ 0 BEST ENTRY SO FAR!!! I don't even know what to say... this game is incredible for a jam.
