I found the game to be really humorous! I really enjoyed making those golfers frustrated. I wish there was a way to accelerate the pace as turrets kept fending off the golf balls and it didn't seem to progress much. Also awesome game title!
It's a super unique concept, but the problem is that by playing well, you make it harder to end a round. I find it a lot less satisfying to draw something out rather than outright win
If the rounds were shorter, it'd be more engaging.

Great concept and funny! It took me a couple of tries to understand the pacing and positioning. Still a bit slow paced, but a solid game overall. Congrats, GG!
this fits the topic perfectly

Neat! I don't quite understand how I score, but after each round I had a bunch of money so it's all good.
Cool concept dude!

This is pretty much how I feel playing minigolf.
Might be good to add some instructions - it wasn't clear exactly what I was trying to do until I watched the video, when a paragraph on the page would have explained it.
Good fun all the same!
Wave 1: What I am I doing? Wave 2: No turrets, you are helping the golfers. Wave 3: I don't understand, what's the strategy. Wave 4: Wait I can upgrade. Wave 5: Wow this is getting a bit frenetic. ... Wave 7: This is kind of funny. ... Wave 10: It's so beautiful.
Okay, seriously, it's a bit random but really funny to watch. Really cool concept and would love to see more like this.

@Jeffrey Hwang @nardandas @Amatwiedle @Badical Thanks! I agree the pacing could use some work. Maybe I should have sped up the gameplay and put a time-limit on the final golfers to keep things from dragging too much. @Fernando Labarta @Matt Pattabhi Thanks! @Ripter I added a description of how the score works. Its basically how many shots it takes the golfers to finish the hole. That number times ten is what you get in money at the end of the round. @rjhelms Good idea. I added some instructions to the top. @dalbinblue I think that's how I feel about the end product. Its kind of a funny activity. It didn't quite make it all the way to being a fun game, but watching all the golfers freaking out on wave 10 is pretty funny.

Really liked it! Neat little concept, if you ever decide to expand on this I'd love to play it.
Biggest flaw I see is the level itself. The long runway doesn't really lend itself to TD-style gameplay. IRL mini golf courses can get really complicated, lots of corners turning into itself, narrower and wider areas etc. Even something relatively simple like [this](http://www.tastulanlomakyla.fi/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/tastula-minigolf-kaustinen-300x195.jpg) would be more interesting to play and offer more tactical choices for tower placement. In this current board I see no reason to put anything on the first few slots since missiles won't be much of a use there and grenades seem to generally be a sub-optimal choice.
The scoring system is pretty obtuse, even after reading the instructions. Would it be more straightforward if balls just broke down after certain amount of hits from weapons/golfers? Maybe not as flavourful, but more readable. Add hp bars to really nail down that tower defense look ๐พ๐พ๐พ
Good effort! Currently on the 8 wave and those tiny guys seem to get really desperate.

Nice idea - not quite sure if the golf balls are enemies too? can they die? the turrets seemed to just hit them further towards the hole? if they aren't supposed to be enemies then I suggest untagging them as Enemy (or however your bullets are finding the enemy) so that the turrets can hit the golfers. Every time a bullet was about to hit an enemy it just went flying off chasing the ball instead :( but overall cool idea with a difficult theme :) well done
Good concept and an unholy combination! I rely enjoyed the 3D-Art.

@Fabian Pohl Thanks! The majority of the 3D art we used was external, taken from CC0 assets around the web. The majority are from Kenney (https://kenney.nl/) who has a huge library of awesome assets! Added that to the description, which I probably should have done earlier.
Really clever concept. I found it a little frustrating that my towers could knock the ball closer to the cup as well as away from it. I'd also have to agree with some of the other comments that the game would be much improved with les of a straight shot map, but otherwise a good job!

IMO the waves are too long! But wow, this theme really brought the creativity out of some people, I would have never expected this mash up lol
Just one thing to add that apparently no one talked about: your game have no sound, so why did you not opt-out of audio rating?
Congratulations!
Neat concept, but as a few people have said, the waves are a bit long. :)

I feel sorry for these golfers but it is extremely fun to ruin their life like that. One recommendation I have is to add a fast-forward button or add something for the player to do during the wave (e.g. player can buy and put mines on the field during the wave or something like that). The idea is super creative and really fun, I totally love it. Great job.
Great job with the game. Seems really neat

I had a lot of fun with this, although I was confused at the start. I thought I was destroying balls rather than just harassing golfers. Once I figured it out, it was more fun. I got to level 10 and was handily perplexing tons of golfers at once. It would have been a little better to be able to see the costs of upgrades, so you knew how much you were spending, and to change the ball color or icon to indicate how many strokes it's on - I think that would make it more fun to watch. Very neat. Good work.

@dob Good ideas. I had been toying with having a number over the golfers head to show their current stroke count. Its possible I could have made balls only have a certain number of hp, and later stages they get more or something. The cost of upgrades not showing is pretty bad, if I had 10 more minutes I would have fixed it, but I was a bit down to the wire to get the game posted.
Fun little game! And fits the theme perfectly! Although I missed the sound. I assume there's only 10 waves, since wave 11 was completely empty. I found it to be a little too easy and long, it would be nice to have a fast forward button
