| Aug 1 09:49:09 | air mail | ♥ 0 | Really really nice. Great graphics and sound. Was a little bit annoying to land accurately and one of the letters I couldn't manage to extract from the postbox though. | |
| Aug 2 04:43:59 | 18h 54m | Voodoo Lockdown | ♥ 1 | Really good idea and great implementation too along with nice stylish graphics and good music. Got stuck at the 6 terminal room. |
| Aug 2 07:35:20 | 2h 51m | Plugging Away | ♥ 2 | Real good. Fun idea and very rewarding once you figure out how it all works. Also hard |
| Aug 3 08:38:13 | 25h 02m | 3eV | ♥ 0 | Simple but fun. It might have been nice to have a bit more contrast between the particles in the fields and the background colours. It was quite straining to make out the flow direction. |
| Aug 3 09:19:45 | 41m 32s | Probe Abuse | ♥ 3 | A lot of really cool ideas here and I really liked the walking animation. There were a few things that could be improved though. It'd be nice to have the text-skip button make the current text finish scrolling rather than display the next message right away. Also using the Enter key as the stick button seemed like a bit of a weird choice. Was also a bit weird how the camera scrolled past the level boundaries. Other than those small things, a really nice entry. Good work. |
| Aug 3 09:33:36 | 13m 51s | The Power of Hove | ♥ 0 | Pretty fun if a little hard to control. Really liked the art, especially the colour palette. A restart button would have been nice. |
| Aug 6 08:28:40 | 70h 55m | We Made A Game While Camping | ♥ 0 | This was pretty fun. Took a bit of work to figure out exactly how things worked, but that was part of the experience. Music really added to the feeling of a timer running out. Some of the picking up item collisions were a little wonky, but apart from that really well done. |
| Aug 6 08:38:32 | 9m 52s | Battery Boy | ♥ 1 | Nice how the jump height and movement was tied to your power level. Good job. For future reference though, I would recommend exporting Game Maker games as a zip or stand-alone executable rather than an installer. |
| Aug 6 08:41:16 | 2m 44s | Escape the Earth before its too late | ♥ 1 | Good simple idea, although it might have worked a bit better if the view wasn't quite as zoomed in. I liked the cow sprites and music. |
| Aug 6 08:45:04 | 3m 48s | Think before you jump | ♥ 1 | Good concept, definitely has potential for a fun puzzle game. The running felt a little clunky, but the running out of power animation and sound effects were spot on. |
| Aug 6 08:49:28 | 4m 24s | Running on the Power of Love | ♥ 1 | This game had really nice aesthetics, although it would have been a bit more interesting to play had there been a bit of variety in the terrain. Maybe staircases/hills to climb instead of just flat ground with obstacles. |
| Aug 6 08:54:17 | 4m 49s | Lead | ♥ 1 | Definitely an idea with potential for more levels. What you had implemented felt pretty good to play. |
| Aug 6 08:58:15 | 3m 58s | Robo Nanny | ♥ 1 | Good concept that looked like it could have been pretty fun if you had had more time to polish it. Also I'd recommend that when exporting a Game maker game, export as either a zip or a stand-alone executable rather than an installer. |
