Aug 27 13:21:00 Zombie Scientists Had Too Much Kitten There is no download link
Aug 27 16:02:00 2h 41m Badass I really liked your game. I like the backgrounds a lot too. I didn't notice the arrow keys moved and was just hitting X. you should consider adding the movement keys explanation to the entry post in addition to jump and attack.
Aug 27 20:36:00 4h 34m Alien Rockpool I think the tutorial should be mandatory, or at least show the 123 keys on the buttons. It tooke me a second to get that. Otherwise AWESOME fun game!
Aug 28 00:14:00 3h 38m Evo Smash I had no problems running the game on win7 64 I didn't boot into GNU/Linux yet to try it. <br/> <br/>I like the music a lot and the animations. I felt like the AI was holding back because it had 1000+ food when I was winning. but hey 3 days is not that much time. <br/> <br/>Thanks a lot I had fun.
Aug 28 01:00:00 46m 00s Age runners I liked your use of levels/checkpoints a lot. Looking back I wish I had some penalty/checkpoint system in place instead of making my players start the game over. Nice.
Aug 28 01:05:00 5m 00s !wrms highscores in Audio and humor. Nice work.
Aug 28 01:10:00 5m 00s Urban Sprawl I didn't make a town center first time and was stuck. The second time however I had a better experience. If there was sound I did not have any. Thanks for the game!
Aug 28 01:22:00 12m 00s Cubevo I feel like I am playing minecraft, minesweeper and sudoku WHILE trying to collect starts on mario 64. <br/> <br/>Nice game I had fun and I will be coming back to this one after I review some more!
Aug 28 01:34:00 12m 00s The life of Cat This is a very good game. At first I was really wanting the pacing to speed up, then I relaxed and just enjoyed the story. I think you hit the theme well and the music you found was good. <br/> <br/>I like that you gave full credits to your sources as well. <br/> <br/>Great game and impressive.
Aug 28 01:41:00 7m 00s Tech Up I am having the same problem Yettatore has. Comment with a fix and I will try again. I'm running windows 7 64-bit 8gigs of ram and a 1gb video card.
Aug 28 01:54:00 13m 00s Abbadon I had fun playing, loved the mood, art, sound.. all high marks there! I would have liked to see more of the evolution theme come out. I hope you add more after LD I'd be interested in seeing how it turns out.
Aug 28 02:03:00 9m 00s RED PLANET BRAVO, This is one of my favorites. Musice was GREAT. art was GREAT. theme was good and I having a story was refreshing from all the previous games I have been playing. Nice writing. Nice Game!
Aug 28 02:16:00 13m 00s Encarmine Great mood graphics and Audio. The music was really fitting to the scenes. I like your art style also.
Aug 28 02:31:00 15m 00s Lenimentus It just opens and closes for me on windows 7-64
Aug 28 02:32:00 1m 00s The Cycle I played until my cheetah was evolved and had an almost instant attack. I like the UI and the grass waves a lot too. The art is impressive for the short amount of time.
Aug 28 03:02:00 30m 00s TreeVolve I am getting an SSL error when trying to download https://www.mortalpolitics.com/treeEvolve.zip SSL connection error <br/>Unable to make a secure connection to the server. This may be a problem with the server, or it may be requiring a client authentication certificate that you don't have. <br/>Error 107 (net::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR): SSL protocol error.
Aug 28 14:56:00 11h 54m Slime Evolution Manipulation Looks like the linux files are not marked as executable which will de-rail ubuntu/mint users. <br/> <br/>"The file '/home/tigerj/Downloads/linux/Start_LD24.jar' is not marked as executable. If this was downloaded or copied from an untrusted source, it may be dangerous to run. For more details, read about the executable bit." <br/> <br/>Enabling permissions to run the jar as a program removes the error, but nothing happens and nothing loads. <br/> <br/>Running Mint 64 bit GNU/Linux. <br/> <br/>When I get home I will play your game on windows.
Aug 28 15:04:00 8m 00s Pipe Defense! Unity Web Player <br/>The Unity Web Player is not currently compatible with the operating system that you appear to be using. <br/> <br/>You may want to put your web link under Mac/Windows and not web since it is OS dependent. If you can port to GNU/Linux in the next 3 weeks I will come back and rate. <br/> <br/>I do not use Unity but I think they have an export to Linux feature. Thanks.
Aug 28 15:15:00 11m 00s Super Charles Darwin Nice game. I saw it from the impactjs forum. I think the difficulty is perfect. I like a game that I don't win on the first try but need to learn what to expect and remember to avoid/kill certain things. <br/> <br/>Good job.
Aug 28 18:41:00 3h 26m Ebosslution I had a blast playing this. I did not think it was that difficult to play. It's challenging and takes a couple tries to know what is coming at you. <br/> <br/>I didn't realize i had a double jump right away. <br/> <br/>Some bgm would be a nice touch post LD if you continue to develop it. <br/> <br/>Thanks for making this. <br/> <br/>TigerJ
Aug 29 01:14:00 6h 33m Chromasome I had a very hard time clicking the clusters.
Aug 29 01:27:00 13m 00s Robot Panic The music was very fitting to the mood.
Aug 29 01:32:00 5m 00s Mesh It was broken in google Chrome for me but ran fine in ie9 64bit. I liked what was going on here. I also did not hear any sound if there was any.
Aug 29 01:49:00 17m 00s Mutate This game was great. I was having really awesome flashbacks to grade school when my friends and I would make"video games" on construction paper with pens. we Always had some maze thing going on and you needed to get a gun and a key and kill badguys. <br/> <br/>This really hit home for me. Thanks for this game. <br/> <br/>I had problems first with win7 but I looked at the settings in security and unchecked some crap. Here is a screen shot of what was stopping windows 7 from "dealing with it" <br/> <br/>http://i.imgur.com/LuD9I.png
Aug 29 02:16:00 27m 00s LimiT I would really like to see this continued after the comp.
Aug 29 02:27:00 11m 00s Clever Blocks My favorite so far. NICE!
Aug 29 02:31:00 4m 00s EvoRVB Not really sure what the controls are or what is going on. I click the planet, see two dog things a block and then lose. Please update the game page with a paragraph about what is going on and I will come back and play more. Thanks.
Aug 29 02:33:00 2m 00s Edric Garran's Amazing Shooter Compiling: (You need Go and the libraries installed, later I'll make a windows binary release) Please make an exe for windows so I can play &amp; dist.
Aug 29 02:39:00 6m 00s Save The Memepool Nice, Original, FUN.
Aug 29 02:43:00 4m 00s Biods web is hanging in all my browsers I am running 64bit windows 7, I tried it in ie9-64 and chrome. I have silverlight updated.
Aug 29 23:25:00 20h 42m Firefly Played this on my phone just now. It was really fun and I think the touch controls were intuitive for their complexity. Nice work!
Aug 30 04:33:00 5h 08m _Evolve Had a lot of fun with this one. I scrolled in and really like the art.
Aug 30 04:37:00 4m 00s Simulation It keeps crashing in the menu for me. win7 64 bit.
Aug 30 04:44:00 7m 00s Evolution in HELL I like the mood you have going on. I think mood was a hard thing to tackle for most submissions and your entry is refreshing. nice work.
Aug 30 04:49:00 5m 00s Rainbow Morph threw a barrage of errors and then crashed in windows 7 64 bit. Something about Error calling finalizer closure. idk.
Aug 30 19:49:00 15h 00m Magus Draconus: The Art of Dragon Breeding just played this on Kong and had a good time. Wasn't sure how to reset after losing so I hit f5. <br/> <br/>I'd like to play a souped up version and I hope you pursue this idea further post comp. <br/> <br/>thanks for making this.
Aug 30 21:55:00 2h 06m Bit-Craft Evolution The mood is perfect for the sfx+bgm. I like the retro filter you have going on also.
Sep 1 03:48:00 29h 53m GiRL2501 Lots of fun, a solid game. Nice job.
Sep 5 15:45:00 107h 57m Tower of Nugs I'd really like to see this concept fleshed out Post comp
