This game has a great concept and the ideas of the game are explained well through intuitive stages. You can then take this knowledge and apply it to the slightly harder ones. Music is great, graphics are well done, final puzzle is great. Great jam game!
It's like playing twister with your fingers. Good idea and Solid execution. Great audio!
Crafting system encourages discovery, experimenting putting items together and making new useful things. A lot of great design choices here. Art is beautiful, a thing to improve is the level design imo as i assume it is randomly generated and it would be better with a hand made level. That being said, considering the time constraint, this is an enormous achievement and a great game!!!
Hey 89o, this is a great game. The gem of this game is its simplicity in fresh mechanics that work together beautifully (e.g the looping from bottom to top as a way to replace the lack of being able to jump). The players movement is fluid and precise, and the powering on of the 4 systems had me mashing my keyboard so much before the enemies came. The effects were brilliant for me as they made the game more and more frantic as time went on (although an option to turn them off would be good for people with epilepsy and other conditions). Something that could be improved: In one instance, i was being spawn camped by the enemies with no way to escape and i think the level design in general could have been improved a bit to encourage interesting routes to the 4 systems. Other than that, there is just things you could have added such as game modifiers as the planet begins to break down such as: gravity flips or inverted controls.
Overall, brilliant game with a massive sense of urgency!!
Nice little game, I would've liked to see a few more options but for the time constraint this is a good achievement.
I liked the mechanic of passing the flame from finger to finger and having to "manage your hand", got quite far through but couldn't figure out how to get through the small black door.
Nice textures and core gameplay, but when it rains, the fire extinguishes faster than you can kindle it. Good job for the UI, crafting and the base systems!
You excluded rating of art which i was gonna rate 4-5 stars! Unfortunately, there isn't much gameplay but the goofy cloud gave me a laugh so i gave you some points for that. Great job for participating and making a great interactive scene!!
Awesome idea and pretty well executed, I loved the unexpected progression and artwork, some music would have been great.
Simple to understand, but a good challenge. Sound Effects are quite obnoxious but overall a solid jam game.
The dragging system is really good because it makes you go slower and act methodically similar to a snail. You cant use fast reactions to quickly drag the stick over to enemies, you need to keep the stick in good positions. This is taken further by the fact that you have to juggle the LD Jam and the stick. A few powerups or a shop could have introduced some more depth but overall a great jam game!!
