I love the concept and the perspective with the book as the menu. I felt like I could usually understand what the elements of the enemy were but even knowing what they were, it was hard to know what the counter element was even after several playthroughs.
The concept is super unique. I love the idea that there are people working a like minimum wage job moving things from one portal to another xD.
The gameplay itself was a little confusing at first, I read the tutorial but it was hard to wrap my head around without any graphic examples. I had to go back to the tutorial to find the rotate keys because I am used to R or right click being able to rotate lol.
I like it a lot! Its similar to the idea we had but I like some of the mechanics you implemented better. I like the way you summon creatures, that felt very unique. I wish you could still move around while summoning though I think? Great job!
I love it! The art is amazing, the sound design fits so well. Its a very cute and unique concept. The cards felt a little weird and like they didn't match the style as much as the rest and I wasn't sure how to reference them again but that could very much just be a me issue lol :)
I love the art and the intro to the main menu! The gameplay is a fun and pretty unique concept, but something about the way the main character moved/the art all being the same line width made it hard to look at/hurt my eyes.
A very charming retro inspired game. I love the main character and her little pony tails that flap as she jumps. it feels very responsive and the sounds fit well. <3 Great job
Super cute game! A simple but great concept :) I agree that I am not sure if its the theme of the Jam but I love it nonetheless
The graphics are sooo pretty. I love them <3 I think sacrificing the rats could have a bit more feedback or less of a delay but other than that I think its a great concept and execution for a game jam.
The art is beautiful!!
