Great work! Love the aesthetics of the game and feel, real joy watching the pilgrims move around. I did struggle to navigate across the screen on my laptop, if the map was a little smaller it'll work really well.

The downward missiles aren't removed on collision so when multiple enemies are lined up - I found the screen shake too much.
