This is the most fun I've had playing a jam game so far. The graphics are cute, the music and sfx are chill and the gameplay is fun and not too challenging. Great game!
Great idea for a visual novel style game, the visuals and music were wonderful. I hadn't read van Gogh's letters so I wasn't familiar with them, they were insightful to read though I wish there were more of them. Great game.
I had some trouble figuring out how to play after putting the stick in the nest. I really enjoyed flying around as a bird, but it was not straightforward to figure out how to progress. The human dialogue is hard to read from the ground or while in the air, so it would be useful to have something to perch on at head height nearby so the conversations can be read easier. I would love to know how you made the bird flying animation, the graphics look pretty good and the music is pleasant.
For some reason the game crashes before finishing the opening dialogue. I really like the music, the concept, and the pixel gothic font chosen for the title.
