Nice game. Took me a while to understand how to recharge the car (mostly because I didn't read the instructions properly). Liked the graphics, car was fun to drive around in. I feel this game could be improved by a larger map, as I got stuck quite a lot, either sandwiched between the other cars of the environment (could just be my bad driving though). Overall, a really fun little game. Enjoyed playing it.
Loved the art and music. Game itself was really fun, smooth and enjoyable. One thing that annoyed me was that once the weapon crystal things were down and there was no more currency left to repair them, there wasn't really anything to do but watch the enemies destroy the main thing, I definitely feel this game would benefit a lot from a player weapon of some form. Other than that though, a solid game, ended up lasting for 430.
Amazing concept and I'm in awe of the twitch integration. Definitely so much potential here. A solid 5* from me.
A fun little racing game. I particularly liked the use of power-ups and weapons. Graphics and audio were quite nice. Only criticism is that the controls felt too sharp with turning, so it was punishing to actually go fast as there was no way I could find to manage the turns whilst moving forward, so I found myself constantly stop/starting to manage the speed to be able to turn. A really fun game though, with a lot of potential. Nice job.
Nice little idea. I enjoyed the musics and graphics. It took me a while to figure out what I needed to do and it wasn't obvious at first what was ore and what wasn't. A solid little game nonetheless.
Nice little game! Controls and firing felt nice, I like how the fire rate was affected by power, felt really nice. Would be nice to display a coin count in game and potentially have a way to refill power whilst playing the game (Not sure if I just missed how to do it if that's already in). Solid game, nonetheless.
Beautiful art and story. Only criticism on a game play level is that it felt very non-interactive and that as the player I wasn't doing anything other than repeatedly clicking the mouse button to advance the story. But still, amazing stylised graphics and audio. Enjoyed it.
Interesting concept. I like the idea of dropping the wall down as a way to deal with the enemies. A wide choice of upgrades too and I actually quite liked the cutesy artwork. Some things to note for improvement, the wall felt perhaps a bit too big, and it was sometimes hard to control when the enemies were close to slimes. Another thing to note, perhaps it was me playing the game wrong, is that there is no punishment or repercussions for even killing slimes or letting the men get to the crystal. A nice little game, nonetheless.
A really nice looking game, really liked the graphics and sound. Controls were fun and fluid, was unable to move left/right though, except by turning with the mouse. Combat was a bit hard to judge what was going on sometimes when fighting. With some tweaking and more depth on the combat this could turn into something really good!
Thanks for the feedback @rakugakid . Yeah, when I was tweaking the controls, it took me a while to get something I was "happy" with, I considered changing them to make them less floaty and bumpy and more responsive, but I felt that it almost added to the game with the floaty controls after testing, so I decided to keep them. As for the bombs, I didn't really experiment with them too much as they were basically a cheap way for me to make sure the player couldn't get surrounded in an inescapable map.
