I actually really like the premise of the game. I like the art and sound too. However, it was quite hard in the beginning to figure out what to do with the items and even the fire and ice thing wasn't too clear. I made so many combination but still haven't figured out the first potion. I thought it should onion tears, wobbly and horn, but seems like only wobbly is correct.
Anyway, I think this would be amazing if the UI were to be improved. Also probably can have a clue button or explanation what does stable mean. I made a few stable potions but none of them are the right one.
I love the art. I also like that each book case has different icon on top of the colour on them. That helps with accessibility. I did get a bug where the event of me getting smaller happened as I am in front of the blacksmith bookcase, then I got stuck inside the platform. Good job on the game!
I quite like the mechanic of the game. Love the art too. It took me soooo many tries and I still haven't managed to complete it. Probably would end up dreaming of the music tonight.
When I played, I just walk to the end and that's it? I thought it was a tutorial level to let me know the controls but then it was the end. I played it three times before reading again about what's supposed to happen. Then I tried not moving. Maybe would be better if darkness were to come a bit faster?
Wow, it's so hectic! At first, I was pretty confused at what to do and where to go, but it's pretty easy to catch on after going around (and dying in the goo that the management told me not to step). The platform moving up and down is pretty hard to get onto, especially with the character keep sliding off. Although maybe that's just me being bad at it?
Anyway, I enjoyed the game! The news at the end was pretty funny. Well done!
Haha, I like how it just keep playing with no screen in between so I can just keep trying. I think I kinda figured out that the B and R shows which one I can use? However, I always don't remember which key is for which.
I also like the shaking of the screen whenever you hit.
