I agree, it's pretty and slick, but it does fall short. If you had time to play with the ability to push the black blocks, I'm sure you could have made some really interesting puzzles.

I think the concept and the visuals are really cool, but the implementation makes it too difficult.
The big blobs spawn very close without much warning or indication of direction. I'll find myself trying to defend against one blob, without being quite sure if I was successful, and a second blob will have spawned on the opposite side without me realizing it.
I really like the "personal best" line, great idea and clean design.
I get a really interesting feeling from moving through these rooms. The flare mechanic is hypnotic and magical.
It falls flat somewhat quickly. Not sure what kind of discoverable objects would help engagement but not hurt the idea of minimalism.
This game kept impressing me more and more. The first tutorial level was really cute. I was really shocked to find that there was as second level (I thought I had reached the end). The third level was really interesting in a couple of ways, Navigating the super dense buildings with only 2 colors was an neat thing to experience, and jumping over the same set of buildings twice (once before getting grey, and once after) was super charming.
You did a good job!
Really impressed by this game. It goes back and forth between high-speed reflex and suspense really well, creating a very interesting rhythm.
Space police cracked me up, haha.
Overall really solid! Had fun with this one.
I couldn't figure out how to select and use the tools.
I tried using the number keys and didn't see any effect.
I chased a rabbit, but he was too fast to catch. Wandered around trying to interact with trees and water, but couldn't get it.
Wow, everything came together so well! Very complete feeling. Feedback on shooting is great. The visuals are gorgeous, too!
Really solid game! It's a bit annoying that I have to replay the escape sequence each time to get to the running part.
404 error on the download link :[
Just tried the Windows build, but unfortunately I think it's broken. I spawned way outside of the map and couldn't get inside
So cute! I love it! Haha, it made me giggle.
Super cute! I wish I could play on a touch screen!
This is really fun!
It's a little rough around the edges, but impressive given the time constraint.
Wow! Overall a really solid game. It strikes an interesting balance of being an action game and a puzzle game.
The ramp up of enemies and obstacles from level to level was perfect, stayed interesting for a while.
Great job!
Neat concept!
Feedback of shooting enemies was great.
Flying controls are tough to use.
Not really sure how this fits the theme.
It feels like there's a good game locked away in here, but the pacing is too slow for me to find it.
I wondered around for about 10 minutes and couldn't find any ships small enough to consume. I got knocked around by some sharks and when I tried to eat the smallest ship I could find, I found I was still too small. Oh well.
The atmosphere was great. It was neat to explore around as the little Kraken and find island towns. There was just too little that I could actually do during my time playing.
Oh god, so intimidating! Haha.
I wrote in the "do not write" space. The writing made me giggle.
Super cute!
It got super hard right before I died, haha. So many spears!
Jumping controls were a bit wonky, it was really hard to dodge the spears
This is a really interesting idea. A chess-inspired game where you an objective to complete while avoiding combat.
but unfortunately it didn't end up being too fun.
It just devolves into alternating between running away and eating ships.
Overall package is very solid and complete. Really happy to see people trying to original ideas. Congrats on finishing a game!
Cute game. Took me a while to figure out how to run it. Had to download the "Windows" file and opened the file in Chrome.
It's simple and straightforward, but it works and is complete! Congratulations on finishing a game!
The falling parts are a little too random, I sometimes get parts that spawn too far away for me to reach in time.
Holy cow this game is intense, haha! So many enemies running at me right off the bat.
I had fun with this one
