Great game! I survived for 447 seconds on my first attempt, and grew the island to 117. I liked being able to continue playing after the time limit. The only bug I found was expanding in one direction and reaching the map limit lets you escape the island.
Enemies often spawn far away and get stuck, but the game is quite fun overall.
I was a bit confused at first because I was placing the first tile on top of the monster, which causes you to lose instantly. But aside from that, really nice game!
I was unable to progress any further after reaching rating 7 and facing the kitty enemy, which is considerably stronger than the previous fights, and I couldn't figure out any other way to gain scrap and upgrade my robot. But it is a cool game regardless! The way you upgrade your robot kinda reminded me of a game I used to play many years ago called MechQuest.
Sometimes you can only place 2 or 3 animals per day, even if you have more available, not sure if that is intended or not. But pretty cool game regardless.
Nice game! I got to 31, but I made a mistake towards the end, so perhaps I could've gotten higher. I tried a few more times but I can't figure out a way to make it to 40, if it's even possible.
