A Terrible Place to Raise Children by otaviogood 2014-12-09T04:03:00
Managed to win on my third try when I learned I had to stick together and focus on keeping my power steady. Good concept and the graphics are cool. I didn't hear any sound though.

A nice little tower defense game. It varies a bit from the traditional TD games which is good and for a game made in 72 hours it's pretty cool.
Hands down the best game I've seen. I managed to make my snowman the prettiest girl ever. Now she can go to prom and get all the boys. The sounds were great.
It's definitely an interesting concept and the humor is great. With a bit more time this could be a really interesting game. Good job!
Got 330 points on my first try on the KB. The graphics and the sounds are great. The controls take a bit to get used to but work well. This reminds me of a mini game in the Xbox game Fuzion Frenzy back in the day. Very cool.
So at the moment there's no way to go to the next level or am I missing some rule. Either way the graphics go well with the concept and you can get the minimap feel. The flying feels a bit weird but not necessarily bad.
Was this made with mobile in mind? The mouse controls feel a bit weird. They're too sensitive so I frequently ended up overshooting the bases. Other than that neat idea and good execution.
That may have been because of the temporary invulnerability you get when you get hit. We probably did a bad job conveying that. Otherwise it's another bug we didn't have time to test :)
For a first game and in 72 hours it's pretty good. The screen shakes and moving background feel good and make for a cool effect. The game is a bit too easy at the moment, I could stand in the middle and shoot every enemy that came at me without moving.
The control feels good but like other have said the collision feels a bit off. The graphics feel good for the kind of game it is. It may be a bit unforgiving with the moving platforms and the fireballs but then again, some games are meant to be challenges.
For 18 hours this is really good. It gets really hard and I don't know if it keeps getting harder but I had fun playing it.
