So far it looks good. The game felt a bit like @edmond00 described. The start was a but unintuitive but after all it was fun. The sound was absolutely ok :)
HOpe to see more from you
I will start with the graphics. They are not 4k UHD (add more marketing bullshit), but they fit in the game, in the style and that is the important thing! The game Mechanic is pretty simple, but it's a good puzzle game. It makes fun and i like to play it. But sometimes the rotate sound is annoying :/. But the game is still good, and i would play it again :)
Very simple graphics, basic gameplay, but seems to be a good simple platformer. I wish that there were more explantation what could leed to what and i missed some animations. But also i have to say the sound wasn't anoying and that means manyat the ludum dare :)
I hope you will participate next time again und you will follow some of the advices in the comments :)
So my humble opinion to your submission.
I like the idea, the graphics are simple but fitting. The mechanics are simple, but i missed strongly some form of tutorial or explanation. The balancing seems to be someway ok, but i think i have to play it longer to judge over this.
I would love to see some future developements!
Hey. The Concept is looking good and interesting. But i have to say the controls are a bit sluggish and the key selection is a bit unusual. The level design is good and the mechanics are simple to understand. But also I'm a bit sad about that the restart feature is missing.
But after all it is playable and makes fun. So i hope to see a after jam version :)
I like the control concept but it is very hard to play it actually. The graphics are ok, and the sound is also ok :)
The controls destroys a little bit the fun but the idea is so great that i can ignore that :)
Great idea! Music doesn't felt right but that is only my subjective opinion. Controls are good and i liked the art style. I feld like in a horror game :). I you planing to make an after jam version, i would suggest to add horror elements :) But also you must work on the way of battery spawning. I never knew in wich direction i had to go.
Great idea! It's a top visualisation of the traveling merchant Problem!. I like it!
Graphics are ok, but together it's an good looking art style :) I hope to see more from you the next ludum dare
@increpare my fault. Have to behttp://jannk.de/Projects/ldjam/Mac.app.zip
As already said the the hosting of the game was a miracle. The game looked nice, the graphics wasn't that good but they fitted in the style and the style was good and that is importand. The music was too loud an anyoing. I would suggest to use http://www.beepbox.co/ or one of the other suggestions in the feedbacks.
As usual the collision in the unity were a bit buggy so i would suggest that you use next time an another engine or that you try to avoid levels where the collisions could make Problems :)
//Removed double post
It feels a bit like FTL but with building. The controls are intuitive but the gameplay felt a bit unbalanced. The graphic style is great and fits to the mood. The music is absolute basic.
But after all for 48 hours this is a great game, wich makes fun and seems to be challenging. I hope you will continue!
It's relatively simple. I like the idea. The fun got a bit to short for my opinion. But the end was absolutly great.
So the idea was great but i found the implementation not so good as it could have been in the given time. But the idea is great so it is absolutly acceptable and a good entry :)
Hey. The game looks ok but you have to work on the way you publish it! E.g. you could build an exe with https://pypi.python.org/pypi/py2exe/0.9.2.2 that would make it a lot more user friendly.
Additionally, the ldjam website rewards rating games. That means, if you don't rate other games, your game will less often rated! So you could start rating games :) I hope i helped you a bit.
