Shrine by RugbugRedfern 2016-08-29T14:48:00

Oh the music is really good and it's really cool to see a game made with scratch for the jam. A bit on the difficult side, and something weren't too clear (walljumping was confusing) but all in all good job :)

Egyptian Builder by BurntFeelings 2016-08-29T10:51:00

I think I agree with the general comments here. Hitboxes need to be a bit more generous, the camera is a bit too close and feedback is a bit weak (didn't realise why my cogs failed at first).

That said, it's the jam game i've played for longest so you must have done somethings right :D

Roby Robot by lonesurvivor 2016-08-29T14:24:00

I quite liked the game, very standard platformy stuff but all done quite well for a jam - jumping is a bit floaty and the web browser version dropped frames sometimes (download worked better), but all in all I enjoyed my time with it

KEK NOR KEK by nanimono 2016-08-29T09:04:00

I like how I slowly crumble. Not sure about the name of the game though.

S**ON by jakatpemadi 2016-08-29T09:00:00

I wasn't always quite sure what I was always doing. But that never stopped me from playing a game :D

Archimagic by onyon 2016-08-29T09:38:00

Yeah I didn't get any close to beating it - the character slides a bit so even standing under the rays was a little bit frustrating sadly. I like the pixelart though :)

Ben'sStories: GreatGrandfather's Story by QwaKlak 2016-08-29T09:27:00

I too am a bit confused about how my actions on the slaves affect the game. I like the stickfigure animations though, poor guys killed themselves

Pharaoh's Diamond by Lojchin 2016-08-29T08:57:00

That was cute! Gets hard at times

Ancient Motivation Technology by TheMightySice 2016-08-29T10:57:00

The most effective tactic seems to be not motivating your workers until they look for a reason to be motivated. I surprisingly enjoyed reminding them - probably because of the satisfying whip sound effect - good job on that

Traffic Light Simulator by SuperChihuahua 2016-08-29T09:08:00

That was really sweet, although the traffic lights weren't always clear to where they pointed. I think I killed a person or two...

It Started Out With A Brick by peterthehe 2016-08-29T14:42:00

Haha that was quite entertaining. The music, the ragdolling, the questions (without a negative which was a pretty good design choice, I think) in the beginning.

Probably shouldn't tell you this, but you should drink more and jam more. Good stuff happens

Obelisk by FaeLD 2016-08-29T10:39:00

Seems to be a general consensus that it still needs a bit more feedback for the user, which is fair (the bottom square buttons on the obelisk are also pressable at certain intervals, which seems to not be easily noted).

@onyon - they have 5 dialogue each, so that's expected.
@asteryz - after changing a colour, wait for the yellow flash at the top, should be more feedback that you're doing something right.

Thanks everyone for trying it though :)

Obelisk by FaeLD 2016-08-29T15:01:00

@peterthehe oh no, that's intentional - the runes on the obelisk and the ones you press pretty much state that it's a doomsday device and in 48 hours I couldn't think of a better way of representing that :p

Good job on opening it though!

Before You Die by muit 2016-08-29T09:17:00

I got quite a few frame drops too, from earlier even, although my PC is a bit crap. Otherwise looked pretty fun :D

Restonerant by wrexialmt 2016-08-30T07:24:00

Good job, really well polished game in 3 days, which is pretty impressive - had quite a bit of fun with it!

The Fixer by lordvorath 2016-08-29T09:23:00

The music, looping aside, is still pretty good especially since it was made during jam time. Most important thing is probably adding some sort of landmarks, a maze can only be so cruel.
