LD53 — Delivery

T.E.M.P.S (The Enchanted Multitasking Potion Shop) by salyon 2023-05-08T03:18:04Z

This can't be good for your brain! Haha. I really dig the wagon. And wagon + click shooting felt like a attention-switching practice. The third one was wonky, in that it seemed like a small angle did not push the box. I understand that from a game design perspective (it would balance itself if you could keep it just level), but it did not feel very good. When i saw that i have to click in the fourth one too (in addition to clicking in the one on top of it), i did not have motivation to try the game again :p

Music irritated at first, after a try or too I started grooving it.

Visuals are beautiful, consistent style. The wagon <3

Ancient Order of Michaels by MaiMai 2023-05-07T09:44:33Z

Enjoyed surrounding the bosses with glowing light orbs! I don't know how this is not to the theme, delivery in the biblical sense, no? At a time I had trouble finding the enemies, trying to find them was unsatisfying. When finding the enemies, defeating them was satisfying! I also did not find the stats before dying the first time and being ready to quit playing:D. It was also hard to understand that the pick ups are tickets to redeem (even though I thought I read the instructions in the beginning!)

Played the jam build (discovered the game by your update notice), must be better with the sounds and effects but haven't tried that yet.

One of the pickups spawned on top of a wall. Having to leave it there :(

Thank you for making this!

Air Shipping by Hare Software 2023-05-07T13:57:08Z

Thank you for stepping by at my game and rating it! I will rate and review your game when not watching stream. Your game is just so inspirational by just seeing it. The UI is so beautiful, and like that you made a "cartography" kinda-strategy game. The graphics are beautiful, the voice acting is amazing (you have some real voice talents there). There is a lot to learn from you! Wow!

Air Shipping by Hare Software 2023-05-07T15:54:25Z

This is such a great game! Discovered it by Justcamh:s stream. I was amazed, both at the prettyness, the quality of voice acting (and that there is voice acting), the functionality of the UI. That you made a more-or-less strategy game. And you made an airship delivery game!

When I played it, I was surprised that the replay value was not as great as I assumed from watching the stream. I also thought that it would be easier to remember the instructions of multiple locations, and readjust my mental map of where I need to fly. The direction arrow was quite clear, but felt like cheating. (Though before I saw how it is positioned by the shadow of the airship, I wasn't sure which way it is pointing as it's a triangle). The graphics did not quite scale up to fullscreen, and the movement of the ship was a little bit "nudgy" (is that a word? going fast and then slower, instead of smooooth). Don't know if that was intentional.

A really great game, I'd so play if you make levels for it (what is on the other side?).

Deliver to Whence you Came by JUSTCAMH 2023-05-07T18:31:08Z

This is a really innovative gameplay mechanic. I really enjoyed the creativity that I felt as a player, that I have not seen in platformers.

My gameplay was really slow (compared to the numbers in other comments). And I love the concept. Surprised me by emotions. My play session https://youtu.be/UEcqvckFdSY

IT'S ALIVE by Fear Games 2023-05-07T10:17:49Z

I'm not very much a fan of horror or spooky stories. The "minecrafty" look made it possible to play this ;) I was not able to find the "secret ending" even though the hints in the comments made me go look for it. I did at max get like 1 body part thrown into the mausoleum before timer running out.

I liked the aesthetics of the scientist and the lab, and it was cool the game clock was in game, though it took a few tries to understand. Sometimes when clicking "left shift" close to a grave, the grave with sparkling things moved. Intentional?

I would hope the main menu "music control" remembers where i adjust it, so that if i lose i don't have to adjust sound again each try.

I need more brains... Clever game, possibly too clever for me!

News Flash! by Shaggy 2023-05-08T03:07:51Z

I liked the feeling of speed when running. Also the flowers (the sunflower? a different yellow one?). I gave my first newspapers to not-red-carpet. When delivering, i was happy i had spare newspapers, as hitting the red thing even standing still did not succeed each try.

Astro-Web Deliveries by Ryder the First 2023-05-08T02:58:11Z

Loved the aesthetics of your "start of play" icon, like the planets in game too, but they're small. I'd have expected some differences between planets? Gameplay smooth. Green pointing arrow hard to see. I was disappointed in the timer, I'd have played it longer, but on subsequent playtroughs the wait time before you get into action (i know, it is just seconds), got me out of the "one more" loop. Good job! 12 hours? Wuut!

Feed The Owlets by Nikolai-Marian Sokolovskii 2023-05-17T07:27:09Z

Loved the idea. And the owl. And how the owl looks with the mouse. And the owl flying. Would have hoped for a clearer indication on when I've delivered the mouse to the owlets. Could see it in score, could see it in mouse dissappear, but still. Flying works well. Going on for a long time playing was tedious. Liked the trees and the bushes, did not as much the ground (why was it squary graphics as the other elements were so smooth?).

Chanterune by Kerdelos 2024-10-08T14:56:05Z

Thank you for this experience! It was great to puzzle how the game works, the moments of discovery and the melodic tunes felt really good.

Game froze before getting to the supposed boss fight, though.

Amazing art! Emotional story. Player agency had felt nice.
