I really like the aesthetic and it's beautiful and innovative. I made it to the ring camera and it took me a while to realize that you could pull the side out to see the picture. I was able to see the picture but I couldn't get it just right. I think an indicator of some kind could help clear up the objective for each level. Even just an idea of who we're supposed to take a picture of. Really great idea and think it would be cool to see it more fleshed out.

Very chill game and really pretty! It's fun using the flute and the sound effects that go along with it are great. I would love to have a pause menu to be able to exit the game and I would love to have something when I die that give some closure. Maybe presenting the flowers to the sphynx or even just something like "you made it to level ____ and use your flute _____ number of times." Great work!

Very simple but engaging, especially in 48hrs. The only thing I wanted was to be able to play with my keyboard rather than my mouse. Might be a preference thing though.

I really like the gameplay mechanics but the ramp isn't quite right. The eating mechanic is really cool when it works but it is so slow and now exactly clear when to eat them. Maybe make it a little faster and more obvious when you can safely run into them. Maybe start with smaller simpler enemies. It felt like I was starting at a boss fight. Love the graphics and sounds!

You made a fun little game! It's got a great vibe and takes a lot of cool mechanics from other games. It's a little slow up front, maybe have some easy upgrade early on to reward the player? Also, the bombs are almost impossible to aim. Great work in a weekend!

I liked the game but agree with what many of the other commenters said. Some feedback for wrong inputs would also help players know if they were doing something wrong.

I love the concept and I thin k you executed it well. All of my suggestions are really just products of only having 48 hours. I would love to see more added to this especially seeing it as a mechanic in a larger game. Maybe you are a team of rescuers and this is one of the tools you use?

I love the aesthetic and the story is really fun. Gameplay gets a little too chaotic early on. I never really understood what I was trying to do. A tutorial would help a lot.

@bobismijnnaam Thanks for the head up. The ray casting we used to detect objects was limited to what was in the field of vie but I think we mad it a little too small so it does miss the ones on the edge sometimes. Will definitely update in the next version.

@neon Hitting an asteroid immediately is definitely frustrating. Eventually I'd like to use raycasting to shoot the ship through a clear path to ensure the player has a chance of survival. For now it's definitely "It is possible to commit no mistakes and still lose. That is not a weakness. That is life".

I really like the concept and the gameplay is fun. Ramp is for sure too extreme. Maybe just start with one of the obstacle types and add a new one each level. Great job! Love the Art!

Very challenging game! The player moves a little too fast which makes it very hard to control. I had a very hard time understanding what the goal was. The tutorial teaches the control well but not the point of the game. Love the sound effects and music!

Fun concept but a little too ambitious for a weekend maybe. I had a hard time building the ship to go down and then once I did I didn't really know how to play. I then sat down at the camera and couldn't get up. Interesting concept but really hard to play right now. I'd suggest giving the player the basic ship of what they need and then have a tutorial mission explaining how to repair things, take pictures, and then explaining upgrades to the ship like windows. Very funny intro too!

Very cute game. I think I need a little more info about what the items around the map do. Does collecting fish do anything? What does the starfish do? It definitely needs a win screen as well. Great job overall!

Great job! Really fun mechanic! I agree that have something to push you forward like limiting paint is a great idea.
