Wow, that fit the theme quite well, and I liked the graphics too.
A pretty good game! Once you get a strategy though (running around in circles avoiding the shots), it gets pretty easy until all of a sudden you get overwhelmed. I got 212.
This is actually a very fun game (when there are people)! It sort of fits the theme, but it seems kind of hard to win because people can just spawn and that resets the whole timer. Regardless, for a 48 hour entry I think this is very good.

Ahah I love the models! Somehow you managed to make a good mood and also a funny game. Apart from the technical issues mentioned above, great game!
As a first time LDer I can relate to the shortness of your game. I sort of understood what was going on, which is always good. For a first entry, I'd say this is very respectable!
The fact that this kept me going until I had the high score by a mile is pretty good, but as mentioned above, the game effectively reduces to (at least on normal mode) just running around the people. If you could fix that, you would have a very good and addicting game.
Wow, I loved this game! Awesome music, great puzzles, good graphics, and pretty innovative. The controls can be a little too rough at times, and it doesn't use the theme exceptionally well. Still, possibly one of the best entries I've played!

Wow, thanks Jeremias! I'll definitely implement that from now on, and I'll look into polygon collisions. Interestingly, I recall having done those in an asteroids game a while back, but I've completely forgotten them! Also, I usually do the "can't move" instead of "can move," but for some reason (brain glitched out for a second?) I did the reverse this time. Again, thanks for taking the time to help me!

Gebirgsbaerbel: I understand what you're saying, but notice how the game "narrator" explicitly notes that his method of escape - suicide - should not be chosen. He is implying that it represents a weakness, that a human should never resort to such measures, and that our hero in this case should certainly not do so.
