LD51 — Every 10 seconds

TENSEC tactics by praleks 2022-10-21T18:46:59Z

Nice! Interesting gameplay idea.

Sizzle & Serve by superjai 2022-10-11T04:49:02Z

Really creative! The art really turned out well. The only critique I have is that it may take just a little too long to wash dishes, and I really mean just a little.

Growth Spurt by Cole and Jordan Studios 2022-10-21T03:47:45Z

One of the most bizarre games I've ever seen! Well done lol!

Survives on time island by Lorwon 2022-10-09T04:11:32Z

Fun game! Did you implement the animals? Because they never showed up for me. I think the game could also have used an endpoint where you actually win; maybe you get rescued eventually, and the goal is basically to survive until then.

Trainz by aligator 2022-10-17T22:31:15Z

Fun game! It was actually kind of addicting once I got the hang of it. I really got a kick out of the "explosion" sound effect lol. One thing that would have made it a lot better I think is making the window expandable so I can see the whole map all at once, or just start up at that size. Once blue trains came into the picture, it began to feel physically impossible to stay on top of all the different trains and routes when I had to keep using the WASD controls to see everything, and I felt like that impaired vision was not an essential part of the challenge.

iAmNotEdible by ilya096 2022-10-09T04:25:11Z

Love the concept, but I couldn't figure out how to actually "find" anything so I could last the first 10 seconds. Also couldn't figure out how to do anything in the configuration room besides exiting the game and restarting the mission.

Lex Temporis by ImmanentDeath 2022-10-11T02:42:20Z

Fun game! The mechanic with the lava lakes heating up and cooling off was a really cool touch. I couldn't figure out how to beat the purple wizard dude (I'm guessing he's a wizard?); the spacebar wouldn't do anything, and he'd just finish me off with a single giant fireball lol.

Floppy Fish by Pyspher9 2022-10-21T02:23:25Z

Loved this game! The controls were so odd, yet so fun! Great sounds, too!

In10sects by Mortiss 2022-10-04T14:07:46Z

Love the graphics! I had kind of a hard time catching onto what attacks the different insects did though, and how the combinations of insect bodies affected gameplay.

A 10 second Cooking Hell by DEJVOSS 2022-10-21T02:52:56Z

Really took me a while to figure out when when I needed to press the spacebar and when I didn't, and the mechanic of taking food to the plate. It was fun once I figured that out, but many times the necessary tasks were physically impossible to complete within 10 seconds.

Apocalypse Farmer by Rezioz 2022-10-09T04:59:05Z

OMG this game is freakin bananas!!!! It was so intense, and I couldn't stop playing it! The music communicated the intensity perfectly, and also loved the animal designs! I couldn't figure out what the bull did, though, and if I could kill it.

Land at the End of Time by ElephantLung 2022-10-05T02:42:14Z

20/10 for the concept!!!! I don't know where you came up with it, but it's absolutely genius! I'm also a huge lifelong dinosaur fan, so I especially got a kick out of it. The dinosaur animation was hilariously janky, but I genuinely didn't care because it was such a fun concept, and couldn't stop playing it! (19 eggs is the best I've done so far lol) The music was also really good.

DO NOT PRESS THE BUTTON by Eugene An 2022-10-11T05:06:23Z

Fun concept, but it seemed like when the guy decided to push the button, the game was over and there was no opportunity to stop him. If it worked where we prevented him from even making the decision in the first place by pressing R every 10 seconds, there was no indication whether or not we ever actually prevented anything.
