I love the cat. "BOOM storage" :joy: Quite a cool idea for a game aswell. I would like to note I encountered a bug where two people came up to me to sell apples and only one got stuck in the middle of my screen since its barter window was taken over by the second apple seller.
That was an awesome idea. I kept forgetting what key was what :joy:

Quite fun! I think I delayed as much as I could with all upgrades until they got me. :egg: :chicken: :knife:
@kaldrin @kbf123 Thanks for the feedback! It's definitely missing a whole lotta polish. There's also a huge lack of explanation what the next upgrade is doing.
The upgrades alternate between increasing the damage and increasing the size/range of the attack.
The tears which drop gives one of the random effects below: - The size of all attacks - Increase the amount of projectiles thrown (only the high heel) - Increase how many monsters the projectile can pass through before despawning. (Again only the high heel...) - Give you a 1/4 of your exp bar - Nothing
I did definitely fall for trying to make too many mechanics which I had to bin as they weren't ready or tested enough with the time restrictions I had during the jam 🙂. Which ended in a half baked and confusing experience I'm sure 😅

Props to whoever did this art. It's amazing. Also a good take on the theme! I managed to get out of bounds once and one of the rooms bugged out for me but fixed with a simple restart. (Couldn't try the reset button as its on the same as my peformance overlay which I don't know how to kill :laughing:)
@kaldrin it was the second room where you have to light the fires. After dying a whole bunch the flame stopped coming after me, and the doors stopped opening and closing. Did I somehow miss a trigger? :grin: ld50wickedflame.png
This is pretty fun and feel like I'm playing myself :cry:
Only issue I noticed was that if you go up to the door you actually end up behind it :sweat_smile:
