That is awesome, I like how much momentum that you can get. I did respawn after getting the goal and the character leaned backwards placing itself too far away for the first letters to start.

The html version kept lagging out and then I would suddenly appear somewhere else and die. I get the concept with the collectables though.

I loved the idea of the two concepts meshing but I missed the idea where the more there are the harder it gets besides general tetris. The more money you had the easier it was to move the pieces around to fit them where you wanted. Maybe it should be the other way around where you start out with money and the more pieces you add it takes more money away making it harder to choose how to move them. Idk.

Really cool, after I found the cat menu it made a little more sense. I could not figure out how to properly feed the cats.

It was really fun to scroll up really really high and drop an item, then scroll really fast to the bottom and wait for it to come speeding back down and destroy the tower I built.

I loved it. Love the art theme to the game too. In my head the point of a jam is to find the simplest idea off the theme and this is the purest definition so far.

Same as Odrez. @zac, I was not able to get far enough away to shoot from a distance. Also, after death I was unable to start a new game, had to restart game entirely. I really liked the graphics and how the enemies shredded the player at death.
