Thanks @nanni! I'd like to add more logic to how the signals can be added together and I'll try to improve the level design in general. I have several ideas for new puzzle mechanics!
I admit my evaluation is quite subjective, but this game really appeals to me. I’d probably buy it if a full version were released.
It's a really interesting concept, and the graphics and music are pretty good too. There were a few parts I didn't quite understand how I managed to get through—I just happened to hit the right combination by chance—but overall, I enjoyed it.
@xiyuan Thanks for you comment! I'm currently thinking about the future of the game. I already have quite a few ideas! @mekuire I understand your feeling and I'm thinking about a way to make the game more comprehensive and more logic.
When I played, I was always confused by the helping tooltips (like press X or A). Maybe if I had a gamepad, I would have a better experience! Anyway, good job!
I'm not sure I understood everything with the combinations xD Nice take on the theme tho, congrats!
A good game concept in a very polished proposition, hope you'll make it a longer version soon :eyes:
Short, but cool game! Have to say I didn't fully understand the signal logic at times, but was still fun to play.
I had to play on a keyboard, maybe the controls would be a bit more natural there if you mapped jump to arrow up and `X` to arrow down (also took me a moment to see that `W` gets me to the second level
Nice work!
Awesome. Was a tiny bit confused at first, but figured out what the screens needed pretty quickly. Added to my collection on itch. Hope you can make more levels sometime.
Nice interpretation of the theme. As others have mentioned, there was some uncertainty of how the signals were summed together in a couple places, but for a proof of concept/jam game, this is a great initial showing. Graphics and audio felt just right for this type of game - simple enough to be clear, but with a lot of character and vibe.
Nice job!
Oh, this is awesome! Love the pixel art and sounds. The mechanics were familiar — I'd run into something similar at a jam before, so it wasn't hard to pick up. From the description, I was worried that my WASD habits would make the arrow keys awkward, but nope — not an issue at all. Big respect for making a game you can finish pretty quickly. Like!
I liked the concept here, I can see it being nicely expended into great puzzle.

As it stands I think I was mainly setting up monitors to the same, one signal to open doors, but I can imagine signals being needed to be added etc. Also despite it being short, with simple level design, it was still pretty fun and satisfying to play so good job. Nice music also probably helped in that
I beat the game but I still didn't understand what I was doing by the end. That might be my fault though haha
