A password is needed to access the game! :)

@lexu oops forgot to actually hit publish on itch - should be available now!

Well my dog definitely looked at me funny while I was playing haha. This is an entertaining game! It would be nice if the time you had to hold a note was a tiny bit shorter, I found myself running out of breath sometimes. Might just be my lung capacity though. Great job!

What a cool concept. a bit akward to play but very unique. good job!

This is hilarious. I just wanted you to see that someone at least beat a level, even if that someone had to unplug their fridge to reduce the background noise so the game could hear them. Planning on playing more at a more singing-appropriate time of day.

What a fun concept! I had a blast playing it! Unfortunately, I didn't get very far because my mic stopped recording at one point, leaving gaps in the line.

@redphoenix2412 + anyone else having mic issues - I recommend recalibrating and tweaking the min db threshold in the top left. If its not picking you up, then you can lower that value more (you can also just sing louder). If its picking up too much, then you should try raising that value.

If you're singing, then your final min/max should be somewhere between 50-500 Hz (values will be higher if you try whistling or other sounds).

I tried calibrating a few times and also followed your steps above, but I can't get it to work :( In the online version, it's just bouncing around and has a lot of gaps. The Windows version works a bit better, but even when cheating by using a signal tone generator, I could not finish the second level.

I used to love Line Rider and really like the idea of your game. As someone who has zero musical understanding and has no clue about sound design, it always amazes me what people come up with :)

A super original idea! It’s really alternative!! I don’t have a very nice voice and no singing experience. So it was really that hard (I considered using a synth to play ^^). But I had a lot of fun trying the levels Played on SteamOS Linux + Firefox, I had no issues at all. Thanks for the web build!

The idea is super fun, you did a great job!

kintsugi 2026-04-25 10:54

For me it was quite hard to play, but my gf completed most levels. Very fun game, GJ!

venomousmouse 2026-04-27 07:31

Very nice concept. A bit demanding on having good microphone, but that's nuances. Nicely done!

tyrannas 2026-04-27 14:33

Amazing concept ! But it's soooo hard, I don't know if it's my microphone or what but it's waaaay too hard to control the voice progressivelly, for me it's really jumping for high to low with almost no middleground. Also I would recommend showing the pitch of the voice before recording the box, maybe 1-2s where we can see which note to aim for before even recording ! Would be super useful and avoid trying stuff during the recording which break the curve !

Awesome idea! I couldn't get too far since my high pitched voice started to scare the cats and with a more limited range the game got very difficult. It would have been nice if you could also speed up the recording as a sort of accessibility option. Multiple times my voice started to crack near the end of the recording and then the whole line got ruined. A mute button within the game would have been nice too since it liked to bounce all over the place when ending a line.

Much cooler idea and implementation then my microphone game!

verttixpertti 2026-04-29 10:58

So funny and well made, but also so difficult and sometimes aggravating. Sometimes the note would jump high with me just making a deep noise. But still this was so refreshing and the system worked way better than I would have initially assumed. Good job!

I have never in my days seen such a concept come to life like this. I had a blast making a fool out of myself making weird noises to get the correct path to the flag lol

I definitely did not calibrate the mic correctly but still had a great time regardless. This has to be one of the best ideas to come out of this jam hands down. Also, the background reminded me of Uniracers for SNES, just a fun little anecdote XD thanks and well done!
