Great to see you continuing the streak! You don't see these kind of NPC very often in the jam and these seem to work quite fine! Very cool that you implementet the cup mode. Jumping felt a bit inconsistent, but generally the controls were fun once you get enough speed (reminded me a bit of speedrunners). Only wished the levels had a bigger focus on digging (especially in the third level I think the lower path was mostly running) and making digging therefore a bit faster. Overall cool entry! Feel like this mechanic could be interesting to further build on it

Very interesting mix of race and digging, like this game mechanic!
Nice work)
Nice marching squares game :) The design of the little moles is so adorable!
Interesting idea with racing and digging, it gives an interesting choice between which to do and it is not obvious which one will be the fastest. And the moles very cute. Great job!
cool idea, i think it was just way faster to race and not dig tho!

BEAUTIFUL. I could just frame screen grabs as art in my room.
Neat concept - I like the mix of racing with digging - that was a unique take on things and a fun play on the theme. Shift for digging felt a little funky just because of sticky keys. It might have been neat to see some items or something to help with catchup mechanics or something along those lines. Had fun playing it solo - can imagine it would be even better with other people to play with!
The digging mechanic was executed really well! the AI of the other racers provided a decent challenge despite getting stuck a few times. I do wish the upwards slopes didn't slow you down so much, that's the only part that felt a bit clunky

A fun and unusual combination of mechanics
Cute moles. A combination of racing and digging seems impossible but you pulled it of nicely.

Hehe cute game, dig, dig, I entered in torunament mode and I feel the urge of digging! xD
Nice entry.
In windows though I had to disable the sticky keys shortcut as doing shift, shift x5 you are getting annoyed by a popup, but once I did it I could play without issues.
Great job!

I wish there was sound, and maybe some particle effects for digging. Other than that - surprisingly white-knuckle little racing game. Physics and AI are a little wonky but if anything they facilitated the whole "oh you are *not* getting ahead of me *again* you little bastard" vibe XD

There is a very fun system laid out here.
With a bit more ways to influence the racing, like burying upgrades to encourage digging or speed boosts, and some more dynamic course design, this could be a well fleshed out game with a lot of gameplay depth (pun somewhat intended)

I like this take on a racing game, it was fun to make your own track! I really liked that you could race other characters. I also really liked the character design. Nice work :)

I love the diffing mechanic in a racing game. It would be even more fun if the enemies didn't get stuck so often, right now there is almost no challenge.
I really did like the game and played it in "single" player, as well as in the tournament. The music and the audio effects were really nice.
My only question is: Was is intentional that the second jump of the double jump increased your speed? I found it easier to double jump than to dig, since digging slowed me down and it was not often requiered to actually dig.
As an addition, it would have been nice to get rewarded for digging in upgrades, so that the slowing down of the digging will result in perks in the next run (but this is just an idea and had no effects on my rating, since we all just had to work with the time we had)
Overall a really funny game with great music!
