I loved the graphics combined with the environment. I got a little scared by the theme lol, but without a doubt, it's an excellent piece of work—congrats to everyone!

The mood and graphics of this game are gorgeous, made me lock in right away as soon as I reached the first puzzle haha. Would love to come back to this game when I have the time and play through the game properly! Amazing work of everyone involved :)
Thank you so much for making this game! It turned out wonderful and interesting!
Awesome game! Really like it!
@juliocezar I appreciate your appreciation of the graphics! We too were confused when we found out the topic but decided to go all the way! Congratulations to you, too. Thank you so much for playing!
Insane graphics and the mood was really well delivered. It would be nice to have a sensitivity slider though as I kept making 360's
The game comes with an unusual style, but that's what makes it funky. Thank you for your game!
very nice game, although i softlocked myself into the floor, by being close to the devil and looking up...
I like how this game looks and feels, well done!
🫵
Impressive graphics, and fun puzzles! I really liked the game!
Pretty whimsical and cool, but the control button sequence was bugging out when I did it wrong and at some point the game freezed and crashed.
i love the art style but the simon says mechanic is too hard, i can't be that fast unfortunately.
@scoobysnacks Too bad the puzzle was too fast :< Our team tried very hard not to make it too easy or too hard - we tried to keep a balance. I hope other aspects of the game managed to please you
@bartholomheow It's very sad to have gotten such a bug.So sorry. Anyway, thanks for playing!
@aleksey-salion Oh! Thank you so much ^^
this games really cool, it felt really immersive with the sounds and I appreciated the art style it really helded contribute to the feel!
Really interesting game, I particularly liked the button input mechanic.
Loved the puzzles, always enjoy kind of "escape room" games! What I like specifically about this entry is vibe and how art and narrative play together (both weird in a good way and bright).
There was a small bug with the bathyscaphe control panel, but apart from that I had fantastic experience :)
unique idea! bit difficult to get going (maybe because not good at puzzle games)
I would love to see you work with this art style more It reminds me of Firewatch for some reason and is gorgeous
Came here for the art. Stayed for the plot and puzzles. Loved every aspect of this game :)
@ezduzzit Oh, my gosh :3 Thank you so much. We're lucky to have someone on the team who knows music. He did his best for a reason!
@matt-ravenhall Thanks, buddy! I honestly liked it too
@iovorobiev Thank you from the whole team for such compliments :hugging: Yeah, it's a shame the bugs are still there. But I think it's an acceptable level for a game jam, although we tried to fix everything. My personal thanks as an artist for appreciating the art ^^
@eggsscrambled An unexpected comparison, but I like it! Thank you ^^ We'll take it into consideration and maybe even make a game in the same visual style for the next jam :handshake:
@braiizen Man, this is so nice to read! Thank you so much :hugging:
The graphics definitely set a strong atmosphere and tone! Still not sure about the writing, it was pretty whacky (so even now I still don't understand what was going on haha). +1 for Sexy Satan. Not a huge fan of the memory matching game on the control panel, but the other puzzles were alright! The ending left me...wanting more? Nice work on creating the whole submarine! Good job!
What a weird game - in a good way. Impressive work creating the whole submarine environment! It looks great and super stylized - feels like something from a professional game. The atmosphere you created was also really well-done. The strangeness of the characters and submarine, as well as the sound design, made me feel uneasy even though nothing frightening ever happened. It felt like something was wrong, but I didn't know what.
In terms of gameplay, I liked the puzzles that were there, but I found myself wanting more. The intro puzzle and detail-rich environment had me expecting more in-depth escape room-esque puzzles that never came. Instead I mostly just followed waypoints which was pretty unsatisfying. The puzzles are the core of the game, and they make you feel like you really are in the submarine figuring things out - I think you should commit to making some more weighty puzzles!
I also found the narrative a bit unsatisfying. The mystery of all these strange characters contradicting each other was built up well, especially with how all of them refused to tell me what was really going on. At the end, though, the TV did tell me what was going on, and it was kind of a let-down. Something vague about humanity's future without any real narrative stakes. I liked what followed with choosing who to trust, but it would have been nice to be able to go around and talk to people again to figure that out. (That would've been a great time for a larger-scale puzzle like I mentioned earlier!) My choice had no real impact anyway, because as soon as I entered the escape pod, the game just cut to an end screen. Satan didn't even say anything after I chose him! I did like the story, but in my opinion it was a lot of cool setup without much payoff.
Overall, this is a delightfully weird game with a very skillful setting and atmosphere, and very professional for just one weekend. Great work! I think with some more depth to the puzzles and a proper conclusion to the story (even if it is an open ending), you could fully take advantage of all that great world-building.
I live that style
@sam-gorman Wow, man! Thanks for the super detailed review of our game🤩 I really understand your feedback about the difficulty of the puzzles. Honestly, in many ways we wanted to make a complete game that everyone who ran it could complete. Our team and I decided to make something in between, so that players would have a chance to see everything we had time to “create”. Thanks for appreciating the weirdness and nonsense - that was definitely our goal. Now we even want to make this game with everything you wrote in mind. thank you friend :hugging:
@deadjolly Glad you liked the graphics (〃 ̄︶ ̄)人( ̄︶ ̄〃) I too would like to do more and refine this game to the size of 2 hours of gameplay. don't know if the team would agree to that
@seiko Makes sense! It’s good to design with a wide audience in mind. Maybe I just have a very particular taste in puzzles.
Интересный и необычный квест ^_^
This is such a fever dream. And I mean that in the best way. I love the mix of 2D and 3D art. It's such a rare thing to see in games. Jam games doubly so. It was really fun to play and kept me engaged. The only criticism I have was I got stuck on the colliders a few times but otherwise a great entry. Well done!
