So much detail was packed into this! I love how frenetic and chaotic the gameplay is. I was able to do a few loops of the place and get some items from the jet ski as well as under the pier, before eventually figuring out how not die so often. I wasn't expecting a full-boown scoreboard! The design of the models, music and the way the flying feels is excellent! Bloody good stuff! score.jpg
Loved It! It was extremely satisfying stealing burgers from peoples hands, and you have just nailed the general game feel here! this was awesome - The concept and theme is just awesome!

Loved the game, graphics are great and it was fun to just keep replaying. Love the overall leaderboard on it too.
What a fun game this was, never thought I would actually enjoy seagulls but you've convinced me otherwise. You all should be proud of what you've made
Very fun game(sad my crappy pc couldnt run it smoothly).
Really polished entry. Quite impressed at how nice flying feels, the controls are great, and the art and level design is solid. There are a lot of tiny challenges within the world and I had a lot of fun trying to steal everything I could find.
Personally, I don't like scores very much and I'd have been playing for longer if there wasn't a time up, because I enjoyed flying around causing as much trouble as possible. When I really got into the seagull mindset and started to enjoy terrorising everyone like all seagulls do, the game pulled me out with the end screen. On the other side, I udnerstand it's better for the townsfolk to only have one minute of seagull terror at a time.
Very fun game ! It’s incredible that you managed to produce this game in such a short time! The only small issue I found is that you have to use Alt+F4 to quit... But otherwise, great work! :smile:

A fun game with a leaderboard! I'm in! I'd love is a longer version. I've not spotted real issues with collision, and that's something hard in this kind of game! It would be nice to have a more elaborate scoring system, with ways to extend the duration of the session. Loved all the details and things placed in weird places. That's one of my favorite entries for LD56!

My first crash was into a bag of trash, and then the death screen said trashed very fitting, had a blast playing!

Sky Rats is the next ESport game! I need to get on the highscore board but everyone is too good
The music is a little over powering. I would have appreciated a settings menu (or some kind of pause menu in general) that allowed me to adjust the volume a bit. But that's not a biggie cause you guys obviously put time in to the things that mattered. The art style and audio are cohesive and I found the control to be intuitive and not as unforgiving as some streamers have demonstrated.
Playing this game was possibly the only time in my life where I have enjoyed Seagulls.

It captures a soaring feeling really well. I don't know how hard it is too add a pause on death, but that might help users recognize when they crash and what they could have ran into.
Building combos is hard but grabbing pickups is intuitive with the outlines and not too difficult to learn. Restarts are quick, sometimes too quick because I will press a Windows key or click the game to gain focus, and we are off to the races!
I like the whimsey of the art direction and good reuse of sprites in a believable setting.
