Worked great, simple tower defense game

This was a fun little game! I wish there was a way to speed up the game at the beginning, but wow things get fast once it starts ramping up!

My biggest complaint was that the death screen disappeared before I could take a screenshot of my score to share here, because I felt like I had done a really good job!

I think some music and sound effects would have enhanced this a great deal, but even without it it was still a fun little game. I agree though that some way to speed up the beginning would be nice. But overall, a fun game. Good job!

nice game! you should have put some free sound effects and music even if it's not rated to enhance the mood, but other than that the game is cool

Hey there fellow bevy user! Your game is great in terms of gameplay, it's quite fun and satisfying without much in the way of the player. Great job!

Nice little tower defense game! Everything is relatively simple and straightforward but also very functional.

The only issues I had were that at times it could be difficult to get the units to place down (would have to spam left-click until it placed) and, as far as I could tell, the player is stuck with the placement they choose. There didn't seem to be any way of destroying or moving units. Also, with the unit that fires in multiple directions, I somehow placed it down in the exact right timing that all of its projectiles passed through the gaps between the enemies. I then placed another one down where nearly all the projectiles would connect. Maybe not an issue but just weirld luck on my part.

Still a very enjoyable and functional tower defense game that creates a good foundation to build upon if you continue to work on this or work on another tower defense game in the future.

It's a tower defense game and does its job ;) + no bugs, works without issues + HOTKEYS for the towers, thank you for that! Many forget about those

Solid game overall!

Good ol' tower defense, even if pretty barebones. I got 15125 score.

It's not original, but it's true, this game is fun. It's very simple but it works super well. I ended up getting a score of 13,895 (the difficulty ramped up out of nowhere. I was caught by surprise). I don't know how effective it was but I really liked how the artillery had infinite range. You could set it up at bends or at the end of a row and it would hit the entire path. Overall this was a really fun game, great job!

Solid, I got 15,000+ using only artillery, lol. Stay on the end screen so I can get a screenshot!

Classic tower defense. I know it's hard to find time for audio (I didn't get any in my game) but it always help the feel.

It's a huge achievement to make a whole TD game over a weekend, super job! Although it's pretty basic I still found myself playing for way longer than I needed. No bugs or issues to note, it just works well. Great stuff.

Always great to see such classics being created over a weekend. Its not really original, but I imagine you had fun making it :-) I would suggest always adding sounds to key parts of the gameplay. Like adding / destroying, shooting, etc. Also, I think you could have easily added 7 more enemies that had different colors and strengths :-) That would have made it much more intense. I liked the artillery and how it shoots in all directions

Should have the entire unit box clickable instead of just the money. Should definitely aim to add any sounds. I promise it can add a lot for very little time spent. The placement coloration lies to me sometimes. Seems you just keep buying big goblins and use no strategy. You just have to pack them in as densely as possible.

This was fun!

I agree with some other people that even just very simple audio could help a lot to make it feel a little more polished. It's a little basic right now, but there are some nice touches, like the hotkeys and high scores, which I appreciate.
