Reminds me of some of the fun tunneling games of the past
I really enjoyed your game. It is really well implemented and has a great feel of progression. I was a bit confused first how to buy upgrades because the button wasn't showing when playing without full screen. Also I think some kind of mechanism which forces you to return could be nice. Now you can just basically explore the whole cave at one go and finish the quest really quick. Anyways good job :)
I liked the progression of going out into the world and buying upgrades at the base, and finding the areas around the map was fun. The movement mechanics felt a little rough around the edges, sometimes I tried to climb a wall and it wouldn't work(?). Overall, a fun little game with a solid core game loop.
great job!
Really fun, liked the Minecraft/Terraria gameplay and the progression with upgrades. Loved the art style and little bit bit of story in there. Really solid effort!
Neat concept for the theme and well put together. I liked exploring the areas around the furnace. I also dug as far down as I could to see what would happen. I won't spoil it for anyone, but it was pretty hot. Overall, great work!
Nicely executed. The progression and upgrades made me play more than I expected. Overall, it was soot a nice a game.
Impressive amount of gameplay that you squeezed into a weekend! It felt pretty complete. I ran into a few bugs like the radars disappearing occasionally, but I loved the variety of powers and upgrades. Very cute art style as well. Well done!
Interesting, the climbing felt a bit clunky, the map seemed to be quite large and sometimes it was hard to find stuff, I liked the animations, but at the end it was very hard to read the text.
Quite an impressive amount of content for a jam game! Solid gameplay, the mining and exploration was pretty fun. Some of the interactions were a little finicky, like climbing, and I accidentally tossed a boulder into the furnace when trying to give it to the musclesoot which was pretty annoying. Also I got the scientist stuck in the floor when trying to hand over the lava bottle but thankfully I was still able to talk to them and complete the quest. Managed to get through the whole game but missed a couple of the dungeon items. (Seemed like the dungeon counter stayed at 0 the whole time too.) Still a pretty fun experience overall, nice work!
Wow, this is an enormous amount of content for 72 hours. Great job.
I was frendzoned by lady soot =(
This has to be a full game some day, you have to add more content and release it, I'd play it for sure. Really, really fun. Thanks
Wow, you really got both story gameplay and contents just about perfect. This was one of the best games I've played through this jam!
This was more advanced than I thought. Lots of progression. Well done! Digging with mouse click felt a bit odd, but cool game!
Cute game! Very cozy.
I was able to buy all the equipment upgrades on my very first return to home, and I don't feel like I spent more than a couple minutes just digging down and gathering ores. So the rest of my time was spent simply doing the quests.
I really liked the progression you managed to fit in, even if it was kinda short.
I feel like the big jump could have charged faster, there was never really a time where I would have wanted anything other than max power on it.
I didn't really get to use the jetpack! I already had way more than enough coal to beat the game, and doing the jetpack quest was the last thing I did before putting in the 99 coal. And then the game ended immediately lol.
Overall very much enjoyed playing this one!
