I have completed the game, absolutely loved the sound and the graphics! The overall idea - I mean the ending - is really cool.

Great sound design & hand drawn graphics! Feedbacks on picking up 'diamonds' are awesome
A pretty fun and relaxing game. Really nice art too!
Fun commentaries of this poor little creatures/fuel
Gonna test that thing later for sure !
Great job! Jacques is adorable! loved the little guy, felt awesome yet quite macabre to realise that the fuel was these cute little creatures, and then in the Xray notice them being crushed for fuel D: XD - loved the theme, and the little among us styled mini game for cutting down the cute bob trees - The little touch that you where able to see your little guy from the cockpit view was something I loved as well!
Sound Desing was great - Art adorable, overall you managed to make your quite simple game mechanic feel satisfying, so the Game Juice is on point! - would love to see the idea being expanded on further, with maybe some obstacles as you gather fuel, more mini game types and maybe enemies to avoid!
Anyways, I enjoyed my time with Jacques, Great job!
I loved the plot twist. I laughed out loud.
I tried to see if there was a secret by using all of them and removing all trees, but unfortunately one got stuck out of reach. Is there a secret? SnippingTool_x0xaX1lGWz.png
By the way, the messages they left when they became fuel were a great touch! It really communicated that they’re sentient.
Funny game, needed a second on how to cut the trees. But overall nice game.
Very nice game! I really liked the art
Wow, this is really impressive! The experience you've created in such a short time is truly special. This game is so polished! I love the graphics, the sound, the music, everything. And on top of that you've provided the source code! I like how the game takes a slightly darker turn. I felt bad about collecting the cute slimes at the end. The chainsaw mini-game was a nice touch, although it got a little repetitive. And I would have preferred to control the character using WASD. But overall this is my favorite submission so far.
What a great little game! I was really hoping that the hose would get caught wrapping around trees which would have added another level of complexity.
Short but very fun to play! Lots of humour, very good polish on every aspect, I'm still smiling from the game, and having the ending music in the background while I write this comment. Good job! :)
Аbsolute gem of a game! 🎮 From the hand-drawn graphics to the engaging sound design, everything about this game feels polished and delightful. I especially loved the concept of using adorable little creatures as fuel—it adds a wonderfully macabre twist that makes the gameplay both fun and thought-provoking! 😄💔The mini-games were enjoyable, and the "cutting down the cute bob trees" was a fantastic touch! 🌳✨ Keep up the fantastic work! 👏💖
Cute Game, good animations and different mechanics, cool idea with the chainsaw Minigame. Had hoped that the game would really start as I left the planet and maybe there would be a revenge of the tiny creatures. Love the name of the Game ;)
Damn, when the realization that these creatures were sentient hit me was too real. Good game with cute graphics, great music and sfx and a nice story to tell. Great submission!
It's soooo cuuuuute!… …Until you understand, even before translation tool activated, that the cute pal you're guiding is just killing those poor creatures which have not ask to become fuel :grimacing: :joy: As hilarious as awfully horrible, great arts and fun to play, good job!
Great little game, I liked it a lot ! Well done !
Tested it ! (after a goddamn amount of time searching for it on this damn website xD )
It's nice an polished. I love the sounds and music :)
I didn't understand at first that I was harvesting tiny creatures, then their cries and X-Rays hint me on what was going on x)
That vacuum machine--stuff-thing is nice to see in action every time you caught something ! I've tested an entry where you need to crush roaches ([The drunk Bassist of Hamelin](https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/56/the-drunk-bassist-of-hamelin)) and every ones was saying something at their death, a bit like in this game. It's fun to see that multiple people came with this same dark-humor idea :p

What have I done? D:
You scoped this so well! It felt complete, even if it was short and simple--perfect for a game jam. It was especially effective because of the slow realization of what I was doing to the environment and the inhabitants D: very nicely done! The tree felling felt slow for a moment, but I got distracted by all the cries for help on the console. It felt like you were aware of the pacing of the story beats :)
There were so many small details to appreciate, too, like the exterior camera inside the ship showing Jacques.
Right in the feels ! great game to be able to convey such emotions in such a short time ! congrats !
Well, I guess the theme didn't say you can't massacre the tiny creatures... :P Perfect little jam game, seemingly full of charm until you discover the horrible truth. Then it turns into a colorful macabre simulator without really needing to change that much. Well, "not that much" unless you are paying attention to the ship's translator system... :o Lovely graphics and sound design, cute animations, well executed mechanics - everything you want to see in a good jam game!
